Reviews of local pros in Elmhurst, Illinois

Jesus was wonderful! Gave us excellent customer service and price. We highly recommend them!

Jesus did a wonderful job clearing out our bathroom sinks. He was thorough and explained everything he was going to do before he completed the job, and showed me an accurate estimate. He also left the place clean after he was done.

I recently had The Fair Plumber come out to clean our sump pumps, and I was so impressed with the service. Jesus, our technician, was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly discovered that one of our pumps wasn’t working at all and explained everything clearly so we could understand the issue and our options. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about helping customers. I would highly recommend The Fair Plumber — and especially Jesus — for anyone needing honest, reliable plumbing service!

Rolando did an amazing job in fixing our frozen pipes issue. Highly recommend them.

Around 10pm at night I smelled gas and determined it was coming from the water heater. Not knowing who else to call I called the Fair Plumber who had installed the heater two years prior. They walked me through shutting off the gas and the next morning Jose showed up to fix it. He was very professional and courteous. Imagine my surprise when Jose informed me there was no charge! There aren’t many businesses that would stand behind their work after two years! Highly recommend and will definitely call again when I need a plumber

Jesus was very attentive to the issue and resolved in efficiently! Would recommend for plumbing help again.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable & hard working. Jesus was fantastic! I highly recommend Fair Plumber.

The Fair Plumber did a great job installing my new garbage disposal. Fast, professional, and everything works perfectly. Very happy with the service!

Thomas did a good job with rodding out my clogged main line filled with roots. He inspected my line after and showed me that it was open. Overall a great job

I appreciate that we have The Fair Plumber in town. They are always responsive and as their name suggests, priced fairly. Had Jose out today to take care of a new cartridge and clear a persistently clogged drain. He went about his work professionally and maintained a clean work site.

Came home to a burst pipe in my home so I stopped the water coming into my house and gave the Fair Plumbers a call. I was able to book an appointment in the morning (first call of the day) and Jesus showed up on time. He was able to locate the pipe burst, replace, and mitigate within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly so I appreciated the information he provided. I would call them again for my future plumbing needs.

Jesus did a great job installing a utility sink and plumbing for us! Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Would highly recommend him and The Fair Plumber!

Christian and Thomas were just out at our house replacing our ejector pump. The Fair Plumber was great work with, and honored our warranty after some digging around. We appreciate their customer service, time and attention. We would recommend them and we will be using them again for any plumbing needs.

Thomas did a good job rebuilding the inside of my faucet. He quoted a very affordable price, and left the area cleaner then when he came.

Jesus & Thomas were fantastic. We had the work quoted & done the same day. They were professional & did the job quicker than expected. They accomplished what we needed in order to have our updated sink installed.

Jesus was super friendly and knowledgeable, gave us a clear and thorough quote, great clean work!

While visiting my aunt in Chicago, she had a new Moen faucet installed by The Fair Plumber. They did a really nice job and everything looks great. Would definitely use them again!

Our water heater stopped working and Jesus came out to diagnose the issue. We ended up needing to replace the unit, and Jesus and team were able to find a replacement unit and swap it out same day. Their price was reasonable and the speedy service was really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing issues.

The Fair Plumber did an excellent job installing my sump pump and silent check valve. The service was great from start to finish, and the technician was very kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the quality of the work and the clear communication. I will definitely call them again in the future!
