Manny was very helpful and very informative.

We’re handy people ourselves, and this was a job we tried to do on our own but did not have the right equipment for.

Manny not only did an excellent job of solving the issue, but took time to explain the “why we do what we do”.

Very satisfied with the service. He came quickly (a day after Christmas), got the job done right, cleaned up good and got out. Not like the other companies where you can tell they’re rushing to the next job site.

Jesús and Thomas came within an hour of calling. They were quick to diagnose the issue and solve it for me. The price was fair and their workmanship was excellent. I had an external pipe burst in the cold. They offered a long term solution - adding valve near water main to shut off and winterize. They installed it quickly and taught me how everything worked. Really thankful and highly recommend!

I can’t recommend The Fair Plumber enough. We called this morning because our kitchen sink was leaking from the garbage disposal, and they managed to fit us in just a few hours later.

Eric and Jose arrived right on time and were absolute professionals. They worked quickly, replacing the old disposal with a new one in no time at all. I really appreciated the small details—they wore shoe covers to protect my floors and left the workspace spotless.

The pricing was very fair, and the checkout process was seamless right on their iPad. We’ve been loyal customers for years, and service like this is exactly why we’ll continue to use them. Truly a stress-free experience!

Very fair and upfront pricing. Jose inspected our sewer line and was excellent at explaining the process. He showed us where our line ends and where the city line begins. We'll definitely use the Fair Plumber again if anything comes up!

This was quick, effective, and much more effective than waiting for my husband to do. Fair plumber was amazingly quick and out within an hour and a half. The pricing was absolutely fair and they addressed our problem quickly and efficiently. Didn’t even mind our dogs in the house. Would highly recommend.

This is my second time having The Fair Plumber over to work on something in the house and they have come through for me again. Great group to work with here, today I worked with Manny, Eric and the rest of their crew. All of them went above and beyond what I expected. Jose was terrific. My garbage disposal was leaking. I recently had hurt my back and I was unable to repair it myself. They showed up on time, very friendly and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Their pricing was very fair. I will definitely call them again!

Rolando and Anthony were great! They came out quickly during a busy time, got our water working and helped us to make sure it doesn't happen again. Would recommend them again!

Rolando and Anthony did a great job. Came and got the job done. Had water pipes frozen in a small crawlspace and they went in and fixed them. Would highly recommend. Professional guys.

Jesus was super easy to work with. He was in and out of our home within a few hours when we needed our entire faucet replaced after a leak. Good, quality work with nice people!

Jesus was prompt and very professional. He put in extra effort to clean the drain out, even though there was no clean out to use. After the clog was removed he ensured he cleaned the drain out to the best of his abilities. He communicated every step of the process very well. We will use The Fair Plumber again if the drain backs up in the future.

I called due to a malfunction with our pump. We had warranty with them. I called and they came out to replace it the same day at no charge. Jesus was super helpful at explaining what happened and over all we are very satisfied with the work.

Jose and Eric were INCREDIBLE!
Honest, upfront and super helpful with every option they had. They truly saved the day! The laundry sink broke in the back and when I was unable to reach or see what the issue was i shut the main water valve off and began calling. No one was available, or they were too far away to be bothered until I reached out to The Fair Plumber. They came within an hour and handled it. Will use them again and highly recommend their services

Our toliet had been sprouting water from the tank, as well as leaking from around the bottom. Thomas and Rolando from The Fair Plumbers came out, and replaced the wax seal which was pretty much nonexistent, replaced the supply line and reconnected the valve. They were quick, thorough, and informative. The office also did a good job communicating when the plumbers were scheduled and on their way. Overall a great experience!

Our house is 100 years old. Water was backing up into our basement shower. We called 3 companies and only Fair Plumbing sent someone out that same day.

Manny used the camera and found that some clay pipes had shifted and rodding out the pipes did not clear the build up.

The next day, Manny, Anthony and Gabriel arrived. A section of the basement concrete floor needed to be jackhammered to expose the pipe. Once exposed, they also found a hole in the sewer pipe and in the drain pipe.
The clay pipes were replaced with a 10 foot PVC pipe, a new drain and two clean out traps were also installed.
Anthony and Gabriel did a great job laying the new concrete and Manny made sure to keep us informed throughout the entire project.
The team came on time, plastic was hung around the work area, they mopped the floor and did a great job cleaning up. They told us what they needed to do and they got it done. Thank you so much!

I had to get the line routed out between the house and the street, once that was fixed he had to repair the wax ring. Jose was my plumber, he was awesome! Polite and knowledgeable. A great smile too! I will definitely use him again. Thank you Jose!! 😊

Our technican, Joseph, was great. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issues with our furnace, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I had to get a repair for the module on my gas boiler - they were quick with figuring out why my heat wasn’t working and came early next morning to fix it. Good service

Danny came right on time and was very thorough with explaining the issue. Received an estimate immediately after the service visit was completed. Plan on reaching out in 2 months for completion of work.

My furnace stopped working and I was terrified I’d freeze to death in this brutal Chicago winter—Oasis saved my life and was at my door in a half hour!!! Reasonable price and quick quality service!
