The technician that came out to service my water heater and furnace was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly communicated the causes of the issues I was experiencing

Our heating stopped on a Sunday when it was 2 degrees outside. Our inside temperature was 53. Mike was here an hour after we called and had it fixed in about a half hour. He explained everything, put up with our loud, silly dog, and charged a very reasonable rate. Great, trustworthy service!

My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. Oasis was able to send someone out to diagnose it (the furnace was 27 years old and due for replacement) and give me an estimate for a new one. Since the weather made it urgent, Oasis went above and beyond to shuffle appointments to get a crew out the same day. Harvey and Mark were great, and I had heat the same day. I am extremely thankful!

My furnace tripped the breaker in the middle of the night and I texted Oasis from their ad on the Internet. They texted back right away and offered me an appointment that morning! Joseph came out, diagnosed the problem immediately - melted electrical wires that had been installed incorrectly by another company - and fixed the issue.
