Work is always carried out to an extremely high standard. The workforce is punctual, polite and efficient. James from this business always takes an active role during the installation to ensure that work is progressing correctly.

Jeff was very professional, knew exactly what was needed and taught me a thing or two along the way. Super happy with Elmhurst Electrical and will definitely be my go-to for all electrical work going forward. Highly recommend.

Dishonest and shady. Not a local Elmhurst company (Chicago). They send a subcontractor (not employee) who won’t honor price given by company. They took advantage of me in an emergency. The company refused to correct the situation by refunding me. They will try to upsell you many other types of services.

The owner was very friendly and walked me through all of the steps on the first phone call. Being new to electric cars I had more questions later which I asked him through email and he took the time to answer each one very thoroughly. He did the work for what I would consider an incredibly reasonable price and I am very happy. Everything was cleaned up well and I would never know that someone was here doing work.

Very positive experience! We were having issues with our pot lights randomly turning on and off and gave Elmhurst Electrical a call after seeing so many positive reviews. They did not disappoint. They were professional and courteous and did a great job!!

I would not recommend using the electrical services connected to Elmhurst electrical. The service they sub contract out to is named Premium Home services and they have an awful record. The damaged my home and would not repair it. The damage ended up costing me close to $2000 all in. I would not recommend the service Elmhurst electrical is connected too. In extension, I would not recommend Elmhurst Electrical for doing business with Premium Home Services.

These guys are running a SCAM.

When calling to inquire for service (celing fan replacement), I was told that as a new customer promotion I would get $100 off of their service call -- so I agreed.

I had already installed the fan by myself, but couldnt' figure out why it was not turnnig on.

Service agent showed up found the cause of fan not turning on was due to the switch gone bad -- He did not have a switch on-hand to replace the switch so he promised to return next day to install the switch. But before leaving he asked for $175 up front -- Zelle payment.

Guess what, Service agent did not show up next day. No answer when tried calling his personal #. When called their main support line I was told that someone will call back -- but no one ever did...that went on for 3 days....

In the meantime, I had to pay someone else to finish up the job.

Finally got through the suppot line 3 days later, and asked for what I was charged $175 -- where their Service agent did not even finish the job. I asked for a refund of $100 as being the 1st time customer, their support denied the refund as it wan not paid to them and paid to the Serivce agent, whereas the Sergvice agent is out-right is refusing for a refund as this "Promotion" was made by the company and not him.

So I am out extra $100 for a service that was not even finished by this company, and ended up having to pay someone else to finish up the job.

Please stay away from doing business with this company all-together.

Had a very good experience with Gabriel & Jose, they were helpful and friendly and properly installed our new toilet and a valve replacement on another toilet. Great job thank you for your help! I will definitely use this company again going forward !

Great experience. Diagnosed the problem and stayed late to fix it so that we didn’t have a leak over the holiday. Jesus was great!

After experiencing a drain backup, I reached out to The Fair Plumber to inspect the system. They responded promptly and had someone onsite the same day. Manny and Christian were both professional and diligent in trying to identify the root cause. Unfortunately, due to an unusual plumbing layout, a clear diagnosis wasn’t immediately possible.
The owner, Ron, stepped in with a thoughtful solution and sent another technician the following day—at no additional cost, which was a pleasant surprise. Rolando used a different approach and successfully pinpointed the issue: old corroded pipes with an improper pitch in the drain line.
Once I received a fair estimate, the office scheduled the repair, and Rolando returned to complete the work. Throughout the process, every team member was respectful of my home. They wore protective gear, laid down drop cloths, and wrapped dirty pipes in plastic before removing them. The job concluded with a thorough cleaning of the workspace, including sweeping and vacuuming.

Jose did a great job coming out on a Sunday replacing my right angle stops and kitchen faucet. Much appreciated

We had a great experience with Manny and Tommy. They were knowledgeable and helped inform us of our different options. We asked Fair Plumber for a second opinion after receiving a quote from another company. We ultimately decided to go with Fair plumber as we felt they offered a more suitable solution for our issue (new sewage line pipe).

Christian and Jose were great! Professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I've had a few different plumbers come here over the last few years and some really didn't know the job, had attitudes or showed up unprepared. These guys were the best and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again.

Manny and Christian came to my home to inspect a plumbing issue I was having in my master bathroom. They were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The issue was resolved in no time at all. These guys are fantastic. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had a mystery leak in our main bathroom that made a huge mess and caused us to have to open up the ceiling downstairs to troubleshoot. Couldn’t find source of leak. Jesus came by and patiently tested everything, ultimately concluding it was a grout issue. Huge relief! Jesus was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate not being charged for the visit since there was nothing they could do today. We’ll definitely recommend Jesus and will ask for him personally going forward.

Amazing experience.! can’t thank Manny and The Fair Plumber enough! I woke up to a burst radiator pipe (Sunday during a blizzard). No heat or water and a 110 year old home with a finicky boiler. Manny rectified that in 3 hours and I’m back to normal!

Jesus was kind and fast with the work, doing it same day. Replaced a valve on the hot water heater. Expensive, but hoping that reflects a job well done.
