This company is top notch. They are reasonably priced, responsive and professional. They repiped my entire home a few years ago and have helped with minor sewer issues recently. We highly recommend them!

Very quick to help fix our plumbing issue. Marty was very knowledgeable and walked us through each step of the process. He even took the time to better secure a toilet, something outside his scope of work for the project.

I called another local plumber first and they came out and looked at my problem and said they couldn't quote me a price and that the only time they could do it was 8 days later. I called Suburban and they came out in 30 minutes, gave me a great price and did the job on the spot in less then an hour. Now that's what I call a more than FAIR Plumber.

Marty came to fix a plumbing issue for me yesterday. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently & professionally, and fixed the issue. While here, he noticed my a/c wasn't working. He offered to look at it... and fixed that too! I'm always grateful for the amazing All Suburban team!

On Sunday night I called a so-called 24 hour service, but only got a recording telling me that their business hours were 8 to 5 during the weekdays... So then I called All Suburban Plumbing and actually spoke to a human being who told me that they could have somone out Monday morning. I didn't want to take a day off work for nothing. She assured me that she would be calling me with a timeframe by 7:30 AM. And she did. And Mike and Mike were here by 10:30 and done by 11 AM. Good job?? GREAT JOB!!! I recommend All Suburban!

All Suburban Plumbing are the ONLY plumbers I call should I have a problem. They are dependable, responsive, efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. Wonderful people. Very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable having them in my home.

I have been using All Suburban plumbing for years. They are honest and do a good job. My plumbing job involved working with the village of villa park. It was difficult to coordinate with the village but All Suburban Plumbing made it work and the job was completed in a timely manner.

All Suburban is knowledgable, friendly, and really helpful with emergencies or day-to-day plumbing repairs. Water heater, sump pump, ejector pump, shower & toilet repairs, inside and outside the home repairs. They are my go to Plumber for my previous home in Elmhurst and now in Roselle.

This company is what I call ideal customer service! Our society sadly seems to be falling behind on this type of thing. Was referred to them by a local plumber as they were booked and I couldn't of been more pleased. Called and left a message, received a call back within 5 minutes and Ed had somebody over within a few hours. Super friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what our problem was and had us up and running within a couple of hours. To top it off their fees are super reasonable too.

I had another company come out that was terrible. I called my dad and he said to call Ed with All Suburban Plumbing. Ed came out the next day. He did an OUTSTANDING job fixing the problem. What a positive experience. Everyone needs a good plumbing company they can count on. All Suburban is the place to go!

On the positive side, the owner (Ed) will call fairly promptly and makes service calls on weekends. He seems knowledgable. In an emergency situation this is good to know.
However, he quoted me a $475 flat rate for a Sunday morning callout but then charged me $695 stating that there was extra work. (The material cost was approximately $5) He was there a total of two hours, 9 to 11 AM. Unless otherwise noted, a quoted flat rate is supposed to be the rate you pay and not increased at whim. He also stated that they now usually charge $395 to replace a wax toliet ring. Their prices seem arbitrary. When I complained, Ed told me that their prices can change at anytime so do I not recommend them.

I asked Suburban Plumbing to come out and check a faucet that had sediment in it. They removed the screen with a faucet key that I had since the faucet is fairly new. They let the sediment out and charged me $90.00. I understand that their 10 minute visit costs something, but when I spoke with the Rep. to make an appointment she never said there would be a service charge and stated they would see the job that needs to be done and charge accordingly. I will never use them again as I feel they overcharged me!

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain that I could not rod out because of a 90° bend. Ed came out and looked the pipes over and picked the appropriate rodder to use and in a matter of minutes had my drain cleared and running fine. I was very happy with the affordable charges for the services performed at my home. I would highly recommend All Suburban Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Excellent service and my go-to plumber source. Both our water heaters broke on Easter morning of all days. I left a voicemail and received a call on the holiday! They came out first thing the next morning. Ed even returned my tanks to Lowe’s for me since we purchased the wrong size! The job was completed in two hours. Friendly and top notch service! They even assist with heating and AC, just ask for Marty!

We really liked the service we’ve received from this company over the years. But our current issue we had to call multiple times to ask if/when they were going to come out. We would be told “probably” one date, then literally weeks would go by without hearing anything. They did finally come and talk through what our issue was and we arranged to buy the items they recommended to us, 2 toilets, and again had just kept calling asking for them to complete what we talked about. After 2 months of this we had to just call another company who came out right away.

All Suburban cleared out a clogged sanitary service line. Marty provided prompt, friendly service. He won’t oversell you and is very honest. We will be calling for any future needs.

We have been so pleased using All Suburban. This most recent experience was during the busy holiday season and Marty worked late to make time for us. Service was great and the peace of mind knowing our issue is solved is so important to us. Highly recommend.

Good work but not cheap. $600 to rot out sewer line in 1 hour.
