I'm a plumbing and heating contractor that often works the Elmwood pk area,. Elmwood supply is the go to place when I don't have the part or supplies needed to get the job done on my truck,, friendly and knowledgeable staff helpful to have or locate what i need at a reasonable price.

Truly incredible customer service! I showed them a video of the loud noise my toilet was making and they explained how I could fix it with a $4 part. Worked perfectly and saved me the expense and inconvenience of calling a plumber.

SPOT ON! Let them know what you're trying to do before you try to tell
them what you want. I am not sure how many pluming supply places I
pass, on what was for 25 years a block and is now 10.2 miles (Google)
and I could care less. I only want to do it once cause there are no plum
jobs when it comes to plumbing!

Great place. This looks like a small plumbing supplier but they have lots of products in stock at this location or at a nearby warehouse. Prices are decent and the sales guys have been there forever and can usually help you figure out whatever you need to buy.

without question a 5 star experience. first of all - while i am pretty handy, i am NOT a plumber. lets start with that. last night i noticed that after i took a shower that it was dripping, apparently the faucet handle(s) were not fully sealing to stop the flow of water. this happend before years ago and i had a friend who was a plumber take care of it for a nominal fee. so this time i decided id call a plumber i trust to come and take care of it as my friend passed away. just as i began to get frustrated with the bill which hadnt even arrived yet, i started to review some videso on youtube to get an idea of what this involved. well that did it - i was certain i could do this myself. so i extracted the valve stem and started researching it until i found the manufacturer and the model#. i live about 2 miles just down the street from elmwood supply and have always been aware of them but never had a reason to go in. i knew id call them first. so i called the next morning. the guy instantly asked me to just text him a photo of the stem. i thought this was pretty cool. i found a photo and texted it. apparently this number is hooked to an ipad set up just to get photos of parts from customers. very cool. they called back later and said they had the part. so i went in later and yes indeed, they had the hot and cold valves ready for me. i had a couple other questions and they instantly answered them. then i went out on a limb and asked about a TINY part for my kitchen sink faucet which i had broken. i just said 'its for a moen, its a little piece of plastic'. before i could elaborate or show him a photo, he said 'hang on', ran off and brought it back. i asked how on earth he could know what i was talking about based on an almost non existent explanation. he said 'because i have 40 years experience'. let me close by saying that these guys did NOT ever treat me like a non plumber amateur trying to do home repairs (which no doubt i am). they treated me super respectfully just like i was one of the guys. i would never hesitate not to recommend these guys to everyone.
