I've come here a few times for help finding parts for an old kitchen faucet. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgable. They easily accepted my return when my first attempted fix didn't work, and helped me figure out a better alternative solution quickly. Definitely will be coming here over Home Depot/Lowe's for my future plumbing needs.

This is the place to go for all of your plumbing needs. You know its legit when you see a line of plumbing contractors coming in for their parts. The workers are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what you need and what your best options are. I went in trying to find parts for a very old underground gas line. I worked with Mike and Smiddy and they quickly identified the pipe as being outdated and no longer serviceable. I instead got some black pipe fittings to cap off the line. And even though they were very simple parts, I was pleasantly surprised of the condition the fittings were in - much higher quality than what I've seen in big box stores. Overall, I was really happy with my experience at Elmwood and will definitely plan to coming back for any of my future plumbing needs.
