I am very satisfied with the customer service and the availability of parts. So far I was able to repair my shower and the faucet in the bathroom without having to replace the plumbing. They had the parts.

Service from all these guys are nothing less than great. Always have what I need. The supply they sell are OEM, not the garbage you buy at the home improvement stores. Prices are not much higher considering the free consultation and OEM parts. What else can you say!

I have been searching for connector for washing machine to faucet sink. After un-sucessful amazon deliveries and returns, trip to ace hardware and home depot, I finally got it here. I showed the pipe and thread of faucet adapter and person on desk searched in inventory, made the connections and instructed me how to fit. Would surely go back for future purchases.

Needed a gas valve and thermo pile for my Bradford White hot water heater. They had what a needed at a fair price, fast service. Very nice showroom would definitely go back for future needs.

Very bad attitude, I went for a simple part replacement. And the tall employee with glasses made every effort to make us feel unwelcome. Would not answer basic questions about the product, gave an attitude, and even when it came time to check out refused to tell us the price. He kept asking US to figure out the total price in our heads.

Maybe he was having a bad day or didn’t have coffee, but for half the price and basic respect I took my business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and knowledge, plus the prices are very reasonable. Forget Menards or Home Depot, this is it for your plumbing needs. Russ who took care of me was genuinely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Decided to walk in to this establishment with a tale regarding my leaky faucet. Russ was kind enough to listen and provide me a step by step road map of what I needed to do to get at and replace the damaged piece. I am no plumber by trade in fact I spend most of my days sitting behind a computer collecting dust. Armed with Russ's instructions including a print out of the pieces I would encounter on my way to the defective part I successfully repaired my issue. Cheers to one of last true shops in our village.

They are the best plumbing supply house, knowledgeable, professional materials and price competitive. They are very helpful to my customers that visit there show rooms. They have been in business for many years and they are the reason established well known plumbing contractors continue to use use Elmwood Supply for minor to major projects and service repairs parts.

Elmwood plumbing is an unexpected gem. I was helped by a man named Mike, and he offered his expertise on a kitchen sink fix with excellent customer service. Not only will I return if needed but I intend on telling plenty of people to stop in for advise and parts. Thanks for making me feel like I could handle my plumbing without having to call a plumber.

Came to Elmwood Supply on the recommendation of a friend. We bought a delta faucet and ended up having to bring it back because of a defect. Mike was amazing in working with me, working with delta, and helping us resolve it successfully. I would recommend them to anyone.

In general I’m not a big fan of plumbers, but these guys are the best! I live in the western suburbs and no one in my area had the faucet part that I needed. But these guys had it! I dealt with Big Mike. He was very informative. In fact he went above and beyond to give me real facts about what I needed for my faucet which I’m turn saved me a great deal of time and effort. I’m a big fan! There’s no question I’d use Elmwood plumbing supplies in the future. No hesitation!

I had an excellent experience with Elmwood Supply. My Sumpro battery backup was not working properly and the manufacturer directed me to Elmwood Supply where I spoke with Mike Marzullo. I thought the batteries were the problem, and I intended to buy replacement batteries (about $500.00 for two). After talking with Mike and Clemente at Elmwood, they did not think it was a battery problem. They did not want to just sell me expensive batteries, they genuinely wanted to help me and were honest in doing so. Mike said that I could bring in the inverter and the batteries and they would be pleased to take them to the manufacturer for me since it was under warranty. They did just what they said they would and in about a week called to let me know they received a new replacement inverter and they were right about the batteries being fine. Truly an excellent company with trustworthy individuals who are willing to provide great service and knowledgeable advice. I highly recommend them.

I went to Home Depot twice and purchased two parts that I really didn't need. The next morning I went to Elmwood Park Plumbing Supply and they directed me to the exact part I needed. I was walking out and they asked one last question and to that question I needed an additional very important part. I really appreciate the service they applied toward my frustrating toilet project. They were right on and the problem was easily resolved. So I took the other parts that I purchased back to Home Depot. Thanks to all at Elmwood Park Plumbing Supply.

The faucet in our kitchen had very little water pressure for quite some time. Elmwood Supply had the replacement head for our Grohe and we now have great water pressure! A big thank you to them for working with us and having the correct head in stock.

Excellent customer service. I needed advice as a DIY homeowner, and Smiddy did a great job taking care of me even though I only spent $2.50 for the part. It's hard to find customer service like that anymore. Thank you Elmwood Supply and Smiddy. I will be back to spend more money in the future:)

After 3 trips to other hardware stores I went to Elmwood supply to get replacement parts for laundry sink drain that was not a standard configuration. Mike was great, he got me all the parts, found a way to put to components together to save me money, and then spent the time to show me how to assemble them. Came home and it fit perfectly. Thanks guys!

I needed two new toilets for our 2-flat. I called Elmwood Supply as per instructions from the plumber. Mike was great. He gave me two in-stock options. We looked at them on their website. He advised me which would be better in our 100 year old building. And then they delivered them the next day and put them on each landing. The easiest , most pleasant experience I've had lately.

Came in with an old bathtub drain to match the size. Was sold wrong size and Elmwood Supply did not accept the return. Counted on supply store expertise to match me with part that I need - Failed. Will never come back again and would advise anyone to do business here. Instead of owning up to selling the wrong size part they rather keep twenty six dollars.

I just replaced a pedestal sink in my 90-year old bathroom and the guys at Elmwood Supply helped me every step of the way. They talked me through how to do it, sold me the right parts at a fair price and nothing more and were very supportive of me, not a plumber - embarking on this big project. Highly recommend this shop to anyone doing a home plumbing project no matter what your skill and confidence level. They’ll make you feel like a pro!

. After running around looking to replace a spout for the shower without success I went to Elmwood Supply. They knew exactly what I needed. Nice guys that know what they’re talking about.
