I had them come to fix my pluming. They charged me $215 to tell me it costs $1000 to fix. I had another pluming company do the same job for $200

I would always rather get the work done right the first time and pay a little more, than pay less and get low quality work. This is one of the main reasons I go to Flader, I know I will get the job done correctly.

HVAC, woke up on a 30° morning my furnace was dead the technicians from Flater promptly responded to an excellent job getting the furnace up and running. Technicians were courteous and professional

Did not complete the work that was quoted.
Paid them to dig out my sump pit.
They did not dig it out, only cut a 1ft liner to line a 1.5ft deep hole and charged me $800.

Twice I called to complain, no call back either time.

Will be taking them to court to get this resolved

Our heat was having issues in the middle of the night and didn't know what to do. I remember seeing Flader Plumbing trucks driving around so we decided to give them a try.They arrived within an hour and diagnosed the problem immediately. I couldn't believe it! I can't thank them enough for all their help.

"We had a terrible experience with this company as tenants. Our disposal unit broke and flooded the kitchen on a Sunday. We contacted them on our landlord's recommendation, paying extra for emergency service. However, their technician couldn't fix it until the next morning. They replaced the unit but took away the old one without our request. When our landlord refused to pay, we asked for a letter stating that the replacement was necessary per their technician's assessment. We also requested the return of the old disposal to leave for our landlord at the end of our lease. They refused both reasonable requests. I advise staying away from this company at all costs.

I can honestly say, please watch the time of arrival. They will charge you an extra 30 minutes for travel. They call it port to port service, even though they are local 2 minutes away they will charge you for the 30 minutes. Also they will charge you $10 for gas, even if they are 3 blocks away. Please be weary, there are many other plumbers out there who will only charge for the work that they do (INSIDE) your home. That is not to say they are horrible plumbers, they just over charge, then charge you some more. I have 3 other plumbers who are local who do not do that. BE CAREFUL!!
