Aiba has been here twice in the last week. He couldn’t have been nicer nor more pleasant. We had a dryer not working well- figured we’d have him look at our washer as well. Very thorough. Really appreciate his patience in explaining what needed to be done- - and he did. We live in NW Evanston and highly recommend these folks

Although they weren’t able to repair my refrigerator; their service was friendly and I was provided a full refund. That’s five-star to me, but:

I did have to call them (they weren’t call/texting me first) to confirm exact appointment windows. For example, on one of the four days they visited, I had an afternoon appointment and was glad I’d called to request they come in the morning that day. Might recommend integrating a customer notification/confirmation system.

Our commercial pasta maker kept turning off randomly during prep, and it was slowing everything down. Sure Appliance Repair sent a tech who showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and found the problem right away.

He explained the issue clearly, showed us what was wrong, and fixed it. He even explained how to avoid this in the future. Since it’s a commercial unit, it was really important to get it running quickly — and he did just that.

Great service. Easy to work with. Very friendly! Definitely recommend for fixing my fridge/freezer. I had a small issue for the water filter after they left where my fridge wasn’t registering it as updated and they came back very quickly and fixed it. Appreciated their responsiveness and ease of working with!

We were prepared to buy a new refrigerator after hearing our old Amana groaning and making noise like it was going to run out of the house.

The repair team showed us that some basic repairs would solve the problem. We’ve since been enjoying our 20-year old refrigerator which works just fine now that Sure came along. (They assured us we had a unit worth saving…and I believe them!) Instead of spending thousands on a new unit (and the cabinetry facing we’d need to match our cabinets,) we simply had our old dependable fridge saved.

Amazingly they came on time the day we called! They were on time, courteous and competent when the arrived with the replacement parts.

Refrigerator repair was very expensive…..however the service was great ! I called Thursday morning around 10:am , a repair person arrived within three hours, found the problem and explained everything in 30 min. Ordered parts on Friday, returned Saturday morning and completed repaired . So, let’s than 72 hours and all was fixed and he left the area spotless . I would use again .

One month later ice maker died . Called and tech was out in one day , ordered the part and ice maker was replaced in 2 days and the cost was $260. Great service
