Reviews of local pros in Evanston, Illinois

We have a Sub-Zero refrigerator, so we were very careful about who we called.
The technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain why repair made more sense than replacement. No pressure at all. Everything works perfectly now. Great experience overall in Wilmette. Will use again!

Amazing service! They came to fix my Thermador oven in Winnetka, and while they were here, they also did a full maintenance cleaning on my Sub-Zero. Super fast, clean, and very professional — they explained everything clearly and made the whole process incredibly easy.

Everything is working perfectly now.
Great experience — will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Great experience with this company. They repaired our commercial refrigerator and freezer quickly and professionally. Thank you guys everything is working perfectly now.
We really appreciate how efficient and understanding they were. Highly recommend their service in Evanston.

I contacted Sure Appliance Repair to check out my dishwasher on Sunday after I found warped wooden floor planks next to it. The technician came a couple of hours later and quickly identified the issue. The issue was caused by a failed water inlet valve.
The valve was leaking heavily, which allowed water to collect in the bottom section of the dishwasher where the control board is located.
Due to the water exposure, the control board was damaged and failed.
We replaced the water valve and the control board. The leak has been устранено, and the dishwasher is now working properly. And it’s only Wednesday. What a quick turnaround. Berry happy customers. Will definitely use them again for all my appliance repairs if needed.

Fixed the problem, showed me the issues, and gave a fair price. Would definitely recommend.
