He made such a great impression that I called him again when I wanted some more work done. 1 of my other toilets started giving me problems & I called him & he was able to come out the very next day. He saw that I had an emergency & he came out right away. I appreciate his dedication & consideration & the care he took to come & help me & my family.

Everytime we have used Swift plumbing they have been very knowledgeable in the work they do and straight forward with prices. We have not had a bad experience using them.

I have been trying to get our bathroom leak fixed for multiple months now through my warranty. The first company we were given just wanted to make as much money off of this work as possible. The second company never came out and stopped returning my calls to set up an appointment. Swift was the third company we tried. They got us in quickly and the plumber thoroughly checked the issue and said it was a simple repair which he fixed right away. Great service and great understanding about plumbing. Highly recommend!

We specifically requested James to unclog the blockage at our kitchen sink. We appreciate his professionalism and his attention to detail. He did an excellent job clearing the drain in a timely manner. Without hesitation, we will request his services again and recommend him by name to our family and friends.

Swift Plumbing provides the best service in the Metro East and are the most qualified experts with all plumbing projects. Whereas the work they perform can be gas and water piping, the work is always professional completed in minimal time. They are best plumbing service in town!!

I have been a customer at the Thai house restaurant for many years, but yesterday was the first time I did the takeout I got three cashew dinners and an order of spring rolls and peanut sauce I was charged $32.25 for the 23 cashew chickens. I ordered two orders of spring rolls and asked for peanut sauce instead of the sauce, they normally give you so I was charged $13.90 for the two orders of spring rolls plus they charge me additional $5.99 for the peanut sauce that I asked for in instead of the sweet sauce my total came to $55.96 this was a little annoying but my real problem came when I walked in. She said it was $55.96. I gave her my credit card. She had me she tablet. She handed me my receipt. I didn’t look at it. I just put it in my wallet, my mistake.! when I saw the bill on my credit card, it had jumped to $66.93. They had added on $2.24 because I used my credit card and they also added $8.73 for a tip which I was not aware of I put a tip in the jar. Silly me. I will never go back to that restaurant again they have lost a very good customer by being sneaky. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

We have used Swift Plumbing to test the backflow prevention device on our sprinkler system since it was installed about ten years ago and do some minor repair work. The work has always been done quickly and effectively with little bother, and I enjoy talking with Gene on the rare occasions I actually see him.

I used this company in the past 2 years ago, every other company I have worked with has had a three year warranty. I pride myself in being flexible and understanding.

The washer hook-ups I had installed one cracked, when I asked them to come out they told me I was out of warranty and there was a service charge.

I understand everyone needs to get paid, but I paid 4k for this work and they put a hole in the wrong wall while doing it (then gave me a new hose outlet to compensate where the hole was.) it just feels like poor quality and workmanship compared to some of the other places like Bell -o-man.

In a world where other competitors exist I do not see a reason too use swift moving forward.

I bought a 100-year-old foreclosure that had been vacant for two years. Ryan came to do an estimate. He explained all the work in great detail, heard my questions, and concerns. Less than 30 minutes later I received a call back after he spoke to the manager and was able to negotiate my concerns and put me on the schedule. I will do business with Swift again if the need arises.

Needed a couple of toilets replaced and needed a backflow test done on my sprinkler system. Ryan came to do the job for the toilets; he is a master of his craft! Got them both done in under an hour and I have no complaints since. Gene came out and did the backflow test while we were out; reliable service as always! Good company. Scheduled backflow test; quoted to be done in a week. Call and informed to be done next week. Called third week for bill and informed still not accomplished, but would be done that next day and billed. Then, have issues receiving the bill. Have had issues two years in a row.

Ryan came to repair a main line, and I initially expected the process to be lengthy and expensive. However, he completed the repair quickly and at a very reasonable price. Ryan also handled extensive work for us at a flip house. The team is highly knowledgeable, fair in their pricing, and communicates effectively through the front office.
