The HVAC tech showed up on time, put booties on and was neat and efficient. He completed an excellent summary report and helped identify a potential problem which was corrected during the service. I am very well satisfied and recommend Eli and Classic Aire Care.

John is a very pleasant person who does his job very well. He double checks his work and doesn’t rush through the job. I feel confident in his ability to keep my steam boilers and radiators running smoothly.

Chase was my service representative. He was so polite and informative. He was able to answer all my questions, offer solutions to additional questions I had for him and just did an outstanding job, while at my home.

Eric was very attentive and thorough in the maintenance he performed on our system. He was
very courteous and showed up as scheduled. My only issue was the difficulty in scheduling service. I paid for a maintenance agreement up front and when I called for an appointment they were scheduling 2-3 months out. I had to talk with a manager to get winter service in the actual winter. Seems like the only way to get a quick service appointment is to have a problem.

Travis M did a wonderful job on our yearly maintenance. He did a great job, was friendly, and changed and dated the filter for us. I thought that was a great idea as a reminder to change it. Thanks.

Justin did a routine check up on our furnace. He was kind , well spoken , engaging and professional. We have used Classic Air in the past. I felt very comfortable with Justin as their representative.

Technician was knowledgeable and worked steadily on the job.

The review was on each item he did. Listed was what they was done and what was found when item has been checked. What was impressive,pictures were taken of each part that showed the work after completion.

Drew L. with Classic Aire Care did a great job with my HVAC maintenance call. He contacted me before arriving and was prompt at the time he indicated he would arrive. He explained in detail the service he was going to perform and was very thorough in the inspection. He was efficient and represented the company well.

Brian S quickly identified the problem with my furnace and explained what he would do to fix it. He had it up and running in no time and the house began to warm up! Professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Brian asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I said I seem to have problems right before my maintenance appointments. He checked my account, said my plan was an old one and if I called the office they could update it to Classic. He also scheduled my next maintenance well in advance of hot weather. I appreciated his

Nick has been wonderful to work with and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new ac or furnace. He even came by a few times after installation to answer question and help us with our smart thermostat

Travis did a great job today . He was very personable and answered all my questions. He also asked me about other related items like the hot water heater. The service I received was a check up for the winter for my heating and cooling system.. He left me with the assurance that this winter will be fine.

Alexis was very professional and has experience in inspecting my furnace. He gave useful recommendations and took time to explain all choices I have based on his recommendations. He patiently assisted me in making an informed decision on what to do.

My plumbing issues were a nightmare, but Sterling expertly resolved the low water pressure throughout the entire house and replaced several sections of galvanized waterline.
While others considered tearing through walls and ceilings to locate the problems, Sterling precisely identified the issues without causing unnecessary damage to my home.
I highly value his extensive knowledge, dedication, and skills, but most importantly, his ability to listen to my concerns as a homeowner. We now enjoy five-star shower pressure, and the sinks operate flawlessly. Following his advice has noticeably improved water pressure and overall quality.
Sterling worked diligently for hours, and even when I had to leave for a daughter’s lab appointment, his respectful and trustworthy manner allowed me to leave him alone at my house without concern. He meticulously cleaned the work areas as he went, demonstrating professionalism and respect for the task at hand. I couldn't be more confident in his expertise and trustworthiness. I am genuinely pleased the company employs talented professionals like Sterling.

Jack was amazing. He did a very thorough job on my furnace maintenance and scheduled my air conditioning service appt before he left. My cat was obsessed with him and he was so sweet with her.

Russ was very knowledgeable. He explained that my humidifier is totally controlled on the smart thermostat not on the furnace as it was with my previous system. Also he gave me specific information on the humidifier panels so that I could replace the scaled.up one that I had. So he did a wonderful job helping me with several things, all over the phone!
