Constraction reviews in Forest Park, Illinois

Ardian remodeled our home office and the results speak for themselves! He was quick to respond, thorough, and showed excellent craftsmanship. Would highly recommend him for any renovation projects!

ANP Associates did an excellent job remodeling the bathroom. The work was well planned, completed on time, and the finished result looks perfect. The team was professional, cooperative, and attentive to details.

Our front porch staircase had badly rotted wooden posts and handrails to the point of falling over. Ardian made a competitive estimate the same day I contacted. He was very communicative about what truly needed replaced and what was still in good repair. Once scheduled, he arrived on time, the work was great, and he completed what he quoted perfectly. I'll definitely contact again with the next home improvement project!

Ardian and ANP Associates did an excellent job remodeling our basement. They handled drywall repair, painting, and flooring, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Ardian was responsive, professional, and so easy to work with.

Highly recommend ANP Associates for basement remodeling, drywall repair, painting, and flooring in the Oak Park and River Forest area.

We hired Ardian to remodel our 35-year-old master bathroom, which desperately needed an update. He and his team came in and completely transformed the old bathroom and laundry room into a modern, beautiful space all in under two weeks.

They also painted my home office, built a custom closet, repaired the ceiling in the kitchen, and installed new drop-down attic stairs. All of it has made our home so much more comfortable as my husband and I plan to retire here.

The custom shower niche and built-in bench are my favorite details. Removing the old tub also opened up the option for future wheelchair accessibility if we ever need it.

Ardian and his team did excellent work, paid attention to every detail, and were easy to have in the house. I’m very happy with the results and would gladly recommend ANP Associates to anyone.
