Electrical reviews in Geneva, Illinois

As an HVAC contractor with 15 years of experience in new construction and remodeling, I’ve worked alongside many different trades. When it comes to electrical work, this team in Geneva really stands out among the best I’ve seen. Raymond and his crew recently helped me tackle a major electrical repair in a house that had a real mess of old wiring—loose wire nuts, wires not in boxes, and plenty of safety concerns. By the time they were finished, everything was properly secured, organized, and fully up to code. The difference from before to after was like night and day. Throughout the entire process, Elias and Raymond kept me updated on every step. I always knew what was happening and never felt out of the loop, which I really appreciated. Their communication made the whole project run smoothly. After the job was complete, I walked through the site to check their work. I couldn’t find a single shortcut or place where they didn’t pay attention to detail. Their dedication to doing quality work really shows. I was given a clear and honest quote at the start, and they explained that prices could change if they ran into surprises inside the walls. Even with a few change orders I asked for, the final price was more than fair for the value and professionalism I received. This company has definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be calling them for all my future electrical needs in Geneva.

after noticing water leaking into my electrical panel during a big storm, i called for an electrician. elias was great to work with—always on time and quick to answer my calls, which i really appreciate when someone is working on my home. he found the issue right away and explained a few different ways to fix it, making sure i understood each option. the pricing was fair and the whole process felt easy. i’ll definitely call them again if i need any more electrical work done.

I usually handle most home repairs myself, but when it comes to electrical issues, I prefer to call in the experts. We had a kitchen outlet that melted, and we wanted to find out what went wrong. After checking reviews, we chose a local electrician here in Geneva, and it turned out to be a great decision. Elias arrived right on time, was very professional, and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. The repairs were finished quickly, and now our kitchen outlets are up to code and safe to use. We’re really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Elias came out to take a look at some electrical problems I was having, especially with the lights on my ceiling fan not working. He figured out that the issue was with my old fan. Since I already had two new fans with lights ready to go, Elias installed both of them quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly. The whole job was done well and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely call on them again for any electrical work I need in the future.

really great service and fair prices. elias came out to install my new ceiling fan in the living room and put up a light fixture in my daughter's bedroom. he was very professional, respectful, and arrived right on time. the electrical work was done perfectly and everything works just the way i wanted. i'm very happy with how it all turned out. if you need any electrical work done in geneva, i highly recommend calling them. you won't be disappointed.

another great job by elias from the electrician team. he quickly found the issue with the underground wiring, came up with a solid plan, and got it all fixed up. after installing the new underground wires, he even put down grass seed where he had to dig. they ran a 240v 20 amp circuit to my irrigation pump, with the control box set up neatly in the crawlspace. conduit was installed in a trench across the yard leading to the disconnect at the pump. everything was done cleanly and worked perfectly. really happy with how professional and friendly elias was. would recommend them to anyone in geneva needing electrical work done.

we've used this company before, so we called them again when we needed a whole house surge protector installed. elias was our electrician and explained two good options for our home's setup. since our place was built quite a while ago, elias also suggested updating the old fuse box to make sure everything ran safely and smoothly, since it hadn't been serviced in years. he finished the fuse box work in just over an hour. after that, elias put in a whole house surge protector for our square d panel, plus another one for our outdoor air conditioner unit. both installations were done even quicker than expected. he also handed us helpful info sheets and warranty documents for all the work. very professional and we are completely satisfied with the service. highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for any electrical needs.

We are very impressed with the electrical services we received. We recently bought some land and needed to set up a 400 amp service rack, meter, two 200 amp panels, a pole, and two 50 amp RV outlets along with an electric car charger. Elias guided us step by step through the entire process, making everything easy to understand. The team always answered our calls quickly and took care of every request we had. They started the electrical work right away and finished both on schedule and within our budget. The quality of their work was excellent—the wiring inside the panels was neat and well-organized, and all the equipment was installed perfectly straight and secure. Everything was done just as we needed, and the project passed inspection without any problems. If you want reliable, honest, and hardworking electricians, I highly recommend this team!

I had a great experience with Mikonomic Electrician Services. The team was polite and helpful every step of the way. I got a quick call back, easily set up my appointment, and was given a clear price for the work before they started. Elias and Raymond arrived right on time, were very professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They installed a 30 AMP outdoor outlet for me, and everything works perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

This isn't even an actual business. The phone number just routes you to some random call center.

Always reliable and responsive to requests. Text confirmations after making an appointment. Never an dilemma with the work.

Rick Muck was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and hard working. He went above and beyond. I endorse him.

The company was responsive. They scheduled work and came on time. . Matt, the repairman (the first visit) and Ronald (second visit) we’re both polite, pleasant and professional. I was exceedingly pleased.

we contacted henry & Sons Electricians when we had a problem with our RCD that left us without heat. The next day, joseph was able to help us. He quickly found and fixed the problem in one visit, which really impressed us. If we ever need electrical services in the future, we'll certainly reach out to them again in geneva.

Darrell came over and swiftly resolved the issue I was experiencing with a ground fault circuit. He also took the time to explain some details about my electrical panel and conducted a thorough inspection of everything.

The young electrician, Darrell, responded promptly to my call, which was excellent because my WiFi and other devices were connected to the problematic outlet. He demonstrated great manners, worked efficiently, and his charges were quite fair. I will definitely contact him for future electrical projects and I would recommend his services. Thank you.

Darrell and his crew provide an incredibly professional service. He truly eliminates all the worries associated with dealing with electricians for your home. His approach is 100% straightforward and he follows through on his commitments, doing so exactly when he promises. He maintains clear and real-time communication, which is greatly appreciated. Darrell undertook some electrical repairs for me, as well as removing and then reinstalling insulation. This was all hidden work, but he provided updates with photographs as progress was made, promptly addressed any unexpected issues, and collaborated with me to find the most effective solution for my home (we discovered a deteriorated beam that needed replacement and retrofitting). Even though it was all 'hidden work' and conducted on the exterior/underside of my house in Geneva, he ensured his team was consistently neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend Darrell and his team and am actually planning to engage them again in the spring for a bathroom electrical renovation!

i called henry & sons electricians and they responded really fast. we picked a day for service, but then had an emergency and needed help sooner. without any delay, darrell came out and installed our outlet. he was professional and explained everything clearly. from now on, i'll contact them for all my electrical work.

I needed some electrical works for my wet bar and hired Henry & Sons Electricians. From the moment I made contact with them, I was greeted warmly by their professional team. Their quotes were suitable for my budget and the electrical fixtures they suggested were of a unique color and style that I hadn't found anywhere else. The fixtures also had a lower price point than larger retail stores or other electrical outlets. I even had several chances to personally work with their electricians (who are Joseph and Darrell) to discuss the placement of different components. They also did a commendable job with the installation. I had a minor issue with the wiring initially (not necessarily anyone's fault) but it was fixed to my complete satisfaction in the end. I can't recommend these guys enough!

My Mom was struggling with some malfunctioning outlets and outdoor garage lights. After some research, I decided to hire a particular electrician service. I contacted them for an estimate. While I understood that this type of repair was likely to be charged based on time and materials, I was a bit anxious about the hourly rate because the time required to identify the problem was unpredictable. However, my worries were unfounded. Darrell and Joseph arrived right on time and got straight to work. Within an hour, they had diagnosed and fixed the outlet issue. They then moved onto the outdoor lamps and had that issue resolved within half an hour. I was extremely satisfied with the speed and efficiency with which they carried out the tasks. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Geneva in need of electrician services, and I plan to use them for any future electrical needs.

I highly recommend their electrician services for any electrical work you need. We chose them after looking at photos of their previous projects and reading about their professional background. Joseph installed ceiling fans in two rooms, did a great job, and responded faster than anyone else.
