Steve is a very knowledgeable and efficient electrician, and is also personable and trustworthy. Steve does excellent work, and gives great advice and suggestions. Steve upgraded out service entrance and replaced the entire service panel very efficiently, saving us money and time. Thanks Steve!

I'm very thankful to have hired Steve Martin for the electrical work we needed done on our house. He is an excellent electrician; very knowledgeable, fair and honest. Steve is also one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Steve Martin Electric. The initial phone call was handled professionally and with a lot of courtesy. Steve was punctual and communicated his arrival time as the appointment approached. He listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I asked for. He masked and covered the area around the work so as to protect my fireplace mantel and hearth stone with a lot of care. He also cleaned everything up before he left. The prices were fair and the work exceeded my expectations. He will be my first and only call for future needs.

We were having issues with our electric. There would be circuit breakers popping, especially when we tried to use the microwave and oven together. We had always had problems with our bathroom outlets. The hair dryers would pop the breaker every time. Since the house was 28 years old and after consulting with a friend of ours who had replaced his own electrical box, he suggested we have an electrician give us a professional evaluation of our situation. Through Google and Yelp we found Steve. After examining our situation, he told us what he felt needed to be done. After his explanation we decided to upgrade from a 100 amp box to a 150 box and replace the code required outlets with the correct GFCI outlets. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! In doing the work, Steve also discovered that there wasn't a ground rod that would ground a lightning strike if one ever occurred. When the house was built, apparently it was not required. I am glad we did this in light of all the lightning we have been experiencing lately. One can never be to safe! Steve is a complete professional. The quality of his work is outstanding. he explained everything to us clearly and was very patient with our lack of knowledge. I have no reservations about calling him again to do any additional work on our home. On top of all this, Steve is a kind, energetic and positive individual. I give him 5 stars and you should check him out!

We had Steve come out to do an electrical inspection after we bought a house. From the initial contact with Mike to the end of the inspection we received the highest customer service. Steve was very thorough in the inspection as well as explaining future options for us. He was patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable. Requested a quote from Steve along with two other electrical contractors. Steve provided a quote and detailed explanation of work, unlike the competition. Timely, competitive pricing and professional work. Our vintage 1958 home required retrofit reinstall of in-soffit lighting, can light install in family room and kitchen and hall bath fan installation. All work was done with pride and cleanliness. We have had Steve out 3 times to hang ceiling fans to installing new kitchen pendants. He is on time and does fantastic work! We are having him back to install a new exhaust fan in our shower too! Super friendly and great pricing. Highly recommend!

Steve did a great deal of work at our house for a better than reasonable price. He is competent, personable, honest, and just plain nice. He fixed a ceiling fan that we thought would need to be replaced, and he would have made a lot more money installing a new fan. I would recommend him as an electrician to anyone.

We had a big project to get taken care of when we bought our new house. It included updating the current fuse box to an electrical panel. Steve is the best! I called and got an estimate over the phone to install two new boxes for fans and replace an existing light. He was here less than a week later right on time and completed the work quickly. He left the rooms clean and everything looked and worked just as expected! We paid exactly what was discussed and his prices are fair and MUCH more reasonable than estimates I got from larger companies like ABC, Mendel and Ideal. So happy we went with Steve and we will only use him for our electrical needs moving forward.

The guy is a beast. He worked all day installing new lights, fans, running power, installing switches and not once did he even take a break. He does super clean, professional work. I highly recommend Steve. Awesome work and a great guy. We did not have any previous fixtures in the room so he had to cut 5 holes and install 4 fans and 1 light fixture, all with slider switches.

Update: Had him come back to replace a light fixture with a ceiling fan in the living room. We didn't have him quote it since we thought we had ballpark number of what it would be since he did the first installs that needed much more labor than this job would need....ouch, I think his prices went up. He did a great job, but $500 to put a fan up and to just look at a outlet? Kind of steep in my opinion.

Extremely happy with the work Steve did for us. He replaced an old panel with double-tapped circuits with a new panel ready for expansion. As others have mentioned, Steve works tirelessly, professionally, and took the time to answer any questions I had. In addition Steve and Mike's communications with me on start dates and times were handled in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend Steve to anyone who needs work done! Six Stars!
