Ty is a good guy and very respectful. He did a great job, I was happy with his work. He was very professional, explained things to me that I didn't know that I had questions about. Overall a great experience.

Dominic was on time. He called 30 minutes before let me know he is on his way. He made sure to show me where the blockage was and how he spent four hours cleaning out my sewer line. It’s clear all the way to the main thanks to Dominic. He did a great job. Very impressed

Had some gas leaks and needed several pipes replaced. Mike was very professional and efficient. I was very, very pleased with his service.

Michael was very efficient and explained everything before install and after completion, and very mindful of our home when bringing equipment in and out of the house. We would recommend both Michael and J Blanton highly!

Technician arrived over an hour after I was notified that he was on his way. After looking at the b lockage issue, he immediately wanted to do the most expensive solution of adding a new outdoor cleanout under patio pavers.

After mildly attempting to poke through the blockage with a braided hose (????), I provided a piece of wood which he again mildly attempted to push through the blockage. When he went to his trick to get his Ipad to photograph the interior of the pipe, I used the wood to fairly easily poke through the blockage resolving the issue.

The upside was that I was not charged, for the visit.

Alex Cruz did an awesome job for us, installing a new main water shutoff valve for our 8-unit condo building. Very knowledgeable and communicative, great service!

Shane Waychoff was extremely professional and informative And was very careful not to leave any mess and protect his shoes while he was in the house he treated our home like it was his own, which means a lot since there’s not a lot of contractors who act that way.

What was initially a great experience has turned into a huge issue. I called to have them fix an issue with my shower and now I have water running through my ceiling in a kitchen that I just finished remodeling 6 months ago. One problem is now a much bigger one.

On top of it, they made me wait the entire following day before they sent someone else out to look at the problem. You would think that if you created the problem that you would try to fix it first thing the following day but that’s not the case. No sense of urgency or sense that they even care about the issue.

Zach Starr and Jovany Salinas were my technicians and did a good job. Especially appreciated that Zach worked with me on pricing concerns for cleaning an old waste line and catch basin.

Emmanuel and Geo were great. They communicated what was going on and kept us informed throughout the sewer pipe lining project. The only problem was in having the right size cap on hand for the clean out at the end of the day but they assured us that would be rectified tomorrow morning.

Hydro-jetting—vs rodding every 6 months— is the way to go when you have a 75 year old house. Not only did it clear the sewer line, but revealed future problems down the road, so that we can make decisions with confidence. Edgar, the technician, shared videos every step of the way, and answered an extensive amount of questions. We now know that we can avoid some worst case scenarios, and can approach this in a more cost-effective way.
Pricing is not cheap, but I believe it’s the going rate on the North Shore of Chicago.

Patch added to clean-out pipe after video indicated there was a leak in the pipe. Kurt and his asst. showed up on time and explained what they would do and how long the work would effect our normal routines in the house.
Work completed and area cleaned up when plumbers left.

Greg S did a great job replacing my water heater and finding a different leak causing another issue. He throughly explained it and the situation, along with the importance of fixing it quickly. He went through everything at the end to ensure I understood the new system.
