Had leak in bathroom from shower/tub and they came out within 1 hour to review and make repairs. We ask them also to review our plumbing in general and sump pump, water heater, etc because it is an old home. The make recommendation for repair and replacement of dated systems near the end of their lives and we felt quote was reasonable and work could be competed in just a couple days so we accepted.

I reached out to the company and Zachary was here in less than a week. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He told us what the issue was and answered all of our questions I would recommend this company.

Andrew and D’ron did a great job. They explained everything they were doing along the way and were a pleasure to work with.

Ron Thomas was awesome! Got us back to flushing quickly. By using the camera, I know the line should be good for a long time.

Kyle was terrific!!Replaced a water heater, found and replaced a huge hole in water heater exhaust system caused by a leak from a pipe overlying the exhaust system pipe . Essentially saved our lives …potentially. He worked efficiently and finished the job in a few hours . An absolute keeper.

He went above and beyond due to two items that were missed in the estimate. He ended up going to home depot twice. I ended up with the exact opposite new toilet from what I wanted but that was not his fault.

Edgar was awesome to work with. He was super communicative, walking me through the issues and potential solutions. He worked quickly and was super respectful the working area. He also pointed out other potential opportunities for our system to be imporved further. Great experience overall!

My recent experience has led me to believe that J Blanton is deceptive, overpriced, and not trustworthy.

They recently charged me $1758 to change a simple tub faucet that took them less than 1.5 hours to install.

The company admitted in text that I was mis charged. However when I called J Blanton customer service several times, I was redirected and transferred on every call, and have not yet been refunded.

Since then, I have consulted with several other plumbing companies who have informed me that this very simple faucet replacement should have cost less than $500 to replace (no drywall repair or any form of complexity required).

This experience was extremely disappointing, expensive, and continues to be time consuming as I am left with no other choice than to take this to small claims.

I would not recommend J Blanton to anyone. Beware!

We had a slow-draining sink that finally stopped completely. J. Blanton sent Ron, who was so nice and clearly a knowledgeable professional. He successfully cleared what he said was a pretty tough clog and even gave me a hot tip on how to clean my sink faucet head using CLR. Fantastic experience. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

I recently hired J Blanton plumbing to unclog my drain in my basement and I couldn’t be happier with the services. The technician arrived on time was courteous and professional. He had the issue resolved before noon. Pricing was fair, showed us where exactly was the issue by camera. Highly recommended! Even signed up for there maintenance plan.

John was helpful in solving our drain issue. He explained everything and was efficient. I would recommend this company. We’ve used them for another home and used them again because if their responsiveness and are able to trouble shoot issues.

We found Colten Miller and his team with J Blanton plumbing to be exceptional! They were professional, courteous, personable and extremely great at their job. They were punctual, and hard working. Our job was not an easy one due to village interference, yet they performed calmly under pressure and did an excellent job. We would absolutely hire them again. We will recommend them to anyone in need of a great plumbing company and team!

Welhem Mendoza from J Blanton was great. He was on his way home for Thanksgiving weekend when he got our emergency sevice call and came right out to install a new water heater. He did a great job and was friendly and professional. Everyone we dealt with at J. Blanton was great

Five stars for plumbing team. Thomas, Ron, Clayton and Hubert all assembled in separate dates to fix our seemingly unfixable toilet/pipes. Guys were top notch, worked hard and all around good dudes. Company admin needs some work on scheduling errors, but that’s zero reflection on the fellas employed that showed up to fix our plumbing issues. Toilet’s fixed. All good. Thanks a bunch guys!

New to this vendor as a building manager. Both plumbers I have worked with so far were communicative and figured out the issue. There are automated emails and texts for when the plumber is on the way, which is also really helpful. Would love if they had an office rep and not a call center but will continue to work with them! Very polite, professional, quick, reasonably priced for the services they offer, and do great work. Might be the best plumbing company I've ever used. They're also pretty straight-forward and honest, which is nice. Would definitely recommend. Our main pipe was failing so it was already going to be a very expensive repair, but their prices were more than reasonable for what needed to be done. Mike and Emmanuel and his team were great!
