Advocate Construction is hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! Luis handled everything for us from beginning to finish, always timely and professional. He was super effective at getting our insurance company to work with us and made it easy for us to get our claim handled in a speedy fashion.

Once the crew arrived on-site (in our case within a week of us receiving our claim payment and the materials ordered no less) they got the job done in one day which was great. I’ve seen neighbors go 5 plus days with no one working on their house so to have it done correctly and quickly was a welcomed event. The on-site crew was friendly and very hard working, they really did a fantastic job. They went around the house several times to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.

After the job was finished I had a bunch of neighbors (and even dog walkers just passing by) comment on how nice the house looks! We agree it looks fantastic, all thanks to advocate who truly lives up to their name.

We definitely got spoiled having Advocate on our team to get our siding redone. It will hard for me to adjust to the mediocre service I am use to getting working with most contractors. These guys are different and that’s a good thing in this case! Call these guys, they are worth it!

My experience with Advocate Construction in the siding replacement for my house has been seamless from start to completion. I was fortunate to have Jordan lead this siding project. He was friendly, informative, and professional in answering all my questions. His experience in working with the insurance company was invaluable. And Jordan kept me informed on the timetable for delivering supplies and the date for construction to begin. Since the original siding color was outdated, Jordan was able to provide a color palette that was similar. I was a little nervous and wondering if it would work. No worries. I was thrilled that the new color was actually better than the old one! The crew led by Valdemar did an excellent job and answered all my questions. In fact, Valdemar provided great solutions for the dryer and stove exhaust vents and for the application of the house number. I didn’t get another worker’s name… but he did an amazing job of putting the finishing edges on the siding next to the patio.

Advocate came to our door and noted that we had hail and wind damage to our roof. We went through the entire process, filed a claim with our insurance company and the insurance processor came and inspected our roof. Our insurance company denied our claim, but advocate said we can move forward with taking more pictures and re-submitting the claim to try again. However, we never heard back again. We were ghosted and it’s been weeks with our texts being ignored. Waste of time.

Casey was the first person who came to me door and explained about the roof, insurance and time frame. He kept me informed about when the shingles would arrive. Once that was completed we determined a date that was convenient for me. Casey also dropped by while they were doing the roof. Casey wanted to confirm that the job was completed correctly and also that I was happy with the quality of work. Advocate Construction worked with our insurance provider to replace the roof and siding due to wind and hail damage. They handled the process with the insurance company and were able to get enought to replace the entire roof and all of the siding. The process was very easy and painless. Craig and Akeem described the entire process of replacing the roof and siding. They answered all of our questions and concerns. The installers were protected all our plants and patio furniture. After the work was completed, the cleaned all the debris. The roof and siding look great.

We had a great experience with the Advocate Construction staff and crew during our roof, siding and gutter cover replacements this year. Everyone was great in keeping us informed of when they would be arriving and notifying us of any unexpected changes to the schedule.
