We had to have a leaking skylight replaced and am extremely glad we called Advocate Construction. The representative Michael was amazing. He made sure everything was done quickly and professionally. He kept me updated on the process, scheduling and followed up after the repair was completed. The installers were fast, polite and left the workspace cleaner than when they arrived. I would use them again!

Jim Cowell of Advocate did a great job of explaining the process for getting my roof replaced, following up and coordinating with the office and crew. They worked with my insurance making the process easy. They did a beautiful job of replacing my cedar shake roof. My wife and I appreciated the hard work of the crew and all involved.

The crew was excellent, they worked as a cohesive unit without any delay or concerns, Jake was super excellent with all the details he explained to us and was really really superb on beating up the insurance company to insure that we got everything covered. 5 stars to your company

Akeem Richards from Advocate Construction stopped by requesting to assess our roof. I was skeptical at first, but Akeem was clear and thorough, puttingmy mind at ease. The work and process for replacing our storm damaged roof was seamless and expeditious. A solid 5 stars!!!

Akeem R. of Advocate Construction was excellent at every step of the complex roof job, hail storm damage, insurance coverage etc. Always promptly replied on texts and emails. Came over to resolve or explain things many a times. We felt very well taken care off. Advocate has done other jobs for us in the past and we are happy with their materials as well as the crew.

We had awesome and happy experience with Advocate. Jake Coffinbargar was our rep and he was the one who negotiated with insurance on our behalf and was able to get money for the repairs.Kudos to him!

I cannot convey my appreciation enough to Advocate Construction. My former insurance company denied me twice. With times was after several homes in my neighborhood and MY NEIGHBOR got a new roof, due to storm damage. I went back and forth with them for a year and a half. The guys at Advocate got involved, helped me every step of the way. Communicated every detail and how the process works. They truly live up to their name and Advocate for their customers. I even paid out of pocket for extra work I wanted done. They are prompt and schedule the work around you. Again, this is a legit company that will work for you and get you what you deserve. Thank you very much for everything. We love the finished roof, gutters and fascia.

We had an awesome experience with Advocate. They even negotiated with insurance on our behalf and were able to get us extra money for repairs after a bad storm. Nick S was our Rep and he was amazingly helpful and communicative. Towards the end of the project, he started a job with another company. Whoever he went to is lucky to have gotten him! Luckily for us, the Advocate bench is deep and the manager who took over for him Fillip A Did a phenomenal job closing down our project and making sure we were happy and everything was buttoned up. Even their scheduling team was extremely organized and helpful.10 out of 10 experience. I recommended them to two of my neighbors who also ended up getting new roofs and also had great experiences. A great company. I highly recommend them

Carpet installers and measuring staff were great. No in home pushy sales people and lots of options to choose from.

Just went there for a couple of plants but this is a good Home Depot. They are very friendly and
always helpful.

Don't order your kitchen here unless you don't want to cook on your kitchen for next 4 month. AWFULL time management by kitchen staff. Awfully follow-up with their vendors and those vendors know it very good so they don't give a moment of clue about your home without kitchen .
They outsourcing their kitchen installation to one company and Granite installation to another and Store staff per(Marcy one of managers) don't have any control on their own Vendor. Been waiting for Kitchen to finish almost 4 month and store staff Keep Promising to do their best of NOTHING.
Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

service desk at home depot was really nice helping me answer questions about water heater, they were able to find me a installer that was professional and highly skilled personnel.

The older gentleman at the counter on Jan 3, 2026 was very friendly. When I returned the rental van that same evening, someone outside at the east entrance was staring at me starting from when I pulled up with the truck, and walked straight towards me when I left the truck to drop off the key. He walked up to me and said, without a greeting nor friendliness, "JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, YOURE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT TRUCK IF YOU LEAVE IT HERE OVERNIGHT." I told him that the man at the counter explained to me that I can drop it off with the key. He countered "YOU'RE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR IT." I explained that I got the insurance for it when I rented it. He responded passive aggressively, "ALL RIGHT!??"
Treat your customers like that and they're going to look elsewhere to do their business.
No idea who this guy was as he didn't identify himself and wasn't even wearing a uniform, but definitely sounded like an employee.

I did have problems with the flooring dept at Home Depot, however I would like to do a Good Shout Out to Karen H. who works in the flooring dept in the Glendale Heights store! I had an issue with my billing and she helped me take care of it quickly and it turned out great! I was very relieved! Thank You Karen!! ❤️

Had installation done by The countertop factory. A company that works with Home Depot for kitchen countertops. The countertop is beautiful! Santiago the installer was amazing! You can tell he really takes his job serious and aims to please costumers. But I’m disappointed with the gentleman that came to measure. Our soap dispenser is completely useless as there is not enough room to get bottle in.

Howard (the measuring guy) came to measure as he was training a young man. I heard the young man ask something about piping. The trainer told him it wasn’t our problem. I asked about it and they ignored my question. Which I thought was strange. Well yes something was suppose to be done to piping prior which may have not been their problem but why not mention it out of curtesy so it can be addressed prior to countertop installation!!!
