It is sad when you have to drive from Aurora a hour away because your Aurora store does not care the parts you need and you can't even use the bathroom in the place

Very disappointed I ordered a part that would Be there in 2 days. I called two days later they told me that part was in. I drove there the part was not there and I just heard excuses to wait another three days. Very disappointed.

My service was terrible not only will I never go back but I will also never recommend purchasing Lenox to anyone.
These guys are good at what is called "gas lighting" if you don't know what that is ....look it up.
