Unknowledgeable staff.
It use to be good, Not any more.
I ask for a hard start kit , they ask for the unit model# . I told him it's a universal kit . He says I don't know what is this . I need a model # for the unit! . Again I told him it's a universal kit & it can be work with any unit. They said We don't know!
Really Unprofessional.

This store has the worst customer service. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to treat and respect customers.

Does not sell to public. I ended up finding my part in Amazon. HVAC company was charging me a little over 1k to replace a blower motor. After watching some YouTube videos and buying my self a nice multimeter. I ended up fixing my ac for 200 bucks. Parts plus wouldn't even give me a quote for the part so I can negotiate with the HVAC company.

I love parts Plus for the fact they do not sell to the public and help the contractors so we don't have to worry about customers fixing their own equipment never had an issue at any of the locations always got quality service from the staff

I had the most disgusting experience in this location, customer service its just nothing at all, ignoring people like nothing.

Whoever you have driving around Grand avenue in Gurnee Illinois should be stripped of the privilege of driving a marked vehicle for work. Your driver or carpenter or whatever decided to cut off a person with a CDL. I have the highest and most advanced license you can get. Your driver decided to cut me off almost hitting me in my car and then decided and had the nerve to flick me off. You have lost a potential client. I will make sure everyone I know avoids your company. Whenever I see construction workers I try to give you guys as much space and room and respect as I can and it's a shame that I can't get it back. if you'd like feel free to email me or respond to this with an email where I can send you the photo that I have of your van with the license plate so maybe you can fire this guy or at least send them to an advanced driving school.

Guys were jackoffs. Pull their van in the front of my semi and block me in from doing my job. Didn't care got put of their van and went into a restaurant. Completely unprofessional. If this is what they employ I'd never hire them.

Just to be fair, I just passed one going south on 355-55 in Illinois, and the guy was driving fine and singing in the sunshine. Everyone should chill! It’s HVAC not the Indy 500. This is also only getting 4 stars due to the fact that I actually don’t know anything about the service they provide, along with many others that clearly are factoring into their overall average. ✌️

Extremely Disappointed with Climate Pros’ Responsiveness

As a manufacturer responsible for warranty service across the United States, I have never experienced such poor communication and follow-through. I spent five consecutive days making repeated calls in an effort to get a technician dispatched to a location only to be told, after all that effort, that it "would still be a few more days just to get the job approved".

This level of delay and lack of urgency is completely unacceptable in a service-based industry. As a result of this experience, I will no longer be entrusting Climate Pros with any of my company’s warranty service needs moving forward. We expect any service provider we work with to operate with professionalism and efficiency Climate Pros demonstrated neither.

More like Climate Rookies...seriously sat around and smoked cigarettes all day on the clock, looked on U Tube while smoking cigarettes trying to figure out the problems instead of already having the knowledge.

Insane how they’re still in business. One star is being very generous. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is best to avoid doing business with them from every angle. There is zero consideration for anyone but themselves and the lack of communication on their end is flat outrageous. Steer clear from this company!! 0/100

Was part of car accident with a driver from this company. Driver did not respect traffic laws and ran a red light crashing into me. Driver admitted it was his fault and tried bribing me with cash. Police where contacted and insurances where also contacted. The same companies insurance first lied to me stating they would cover all damages to my car and later would retract that statement saying they would not pay a penny even if it was their drivers fault. Overall this company employs negligent drivers that break traffic laws and an insurance team that lies and covers up any of their wrong doing.
