Very good service done by Efrain Maldonado. He checked every part of the furnace and explained how things are working. He also helped my humidifier back up running.

Efrain came out today and he did a wonderful job. Efrain did a great job on cleaning our furnaces did a complete and thorough job recommended a few things that we knew we needed to get done. our furnace was not working, so we called and a technician was promptly sent the same day. Our technician, Efrain Maldonado, arrived at the quoted time, was extremely polite, and explained everything he was doing and walked us through what was happening with our furnace and explained our options going forward. Would 100% recommend this service!

I called Summers to run water from an outside spigot into a barn. After the work was complete They called for payment. I believe I spoke with Brady. I let him know my bank account was hacked and I was waiting for my new debit card so I needed a couple of days to pay since Summers doesn't take a transfer of payment. His response...."If you don't pay by Friday we will put a lien on your house." What kind of a business is this? Good thing I didn't pay because they cut the electrical wires to an outside outlet! I also did not receive an itemized invoice. I called again and was told they did no such thing, the outlet was never working and the wires were not installed by an electrician so how would they know they were there???? The outlet was working and was used prior to them working on the water and we have pictures showing they cut the wires. I was told I signed a form that said they are not responsible. Nope! Never signed any forms. Oh! And, Brady, once again, said He would have to contact his attorney to get me an itemized statement. Again, what kind of business is this! I received a phone call from another person who verified I did not sign anything. They came out and repaired the outlet and I received a few words telling me the brand of water pumps they installed but not a full itemized statement. I did pay...using a link they sent so the money could directly transferred out of my account....But Brady said they didn't do that????? Based on how they treated the customer service part of this transaction I will never use them again. I'm not sure about the quality of work. This was a $6300.00 job. If there's any problems going forward they will be hearing from my attorney!

RJ was the greatest when he came by to help my husband and I obtain a quote for an updated furnace. Being new home owners, he put us right at ease and was so personable and down to earth. RJ was punctual and professional and explained all the information and options clearly. He was able to work with us and we went ahead and booked our appointment for a furnace.
