Brad is fantastic! He has come to our house twice in the past year (once for the AC, once for the furnace). He has always been able to come the same day and within hours of me calling. He has been courteous, respectful, extremely quick, and has done a great job fixing our issues. He talks you through the problems that you’re having and even looks for things that will cause issues further down the line. Another unit in my building recommended him, and we couldn’t be happier with the work he has provided.

Quick response time, very knowledgeable, great price. We had a bad experience with another HVAC company. Brad came out and diagnosed the issue in a very short time. Everything is now running as it should. We will definitely use him in the future.

We have had Rescuetek come out for years now and not once were we disappointed. We've had both A/C and Furnace work along with a new install of our Furnace. Amazing response time, fast and courteous. Not many times do you see the owner get his hands dirty with the team but they all work together! They clean up when they are done. Always up front and honest. We hired Brad to help us with our Goodman HVAC system as our refrigerant was leaking from a previous installation (by another contractor). Brad was more than accommodating and experienced. He tested our system and found the leak. Everything was working amazing when he was finished. He was prepared with all the proper tools and parts.

Bradly is great. Very responsive, honest, and fair. He is not like the big box guys that will immediately try to sell you a brand new system. He did the opposite and was very thoughtful in how he approached troubleshooting our system issue to make sure we didn't waste money.

The workers were nice and courteous, the price is descent, but the overall service was sub par.

The first crew blew the vacuum engine half way through. They didn’t charge me for that, but we had to schedule again. And since they were from out of state, which was not made apparent up front, we had to find a day when they would be back in town. The 2nd crew came, but they give a big block of time as to when they’ll arrive, and both crews didn’t arrive until the end of the block. Not convenient to schedule around.

The job got done, but they should have done another sweep of the house because they left a mess by several vents. Also, rather than taking off the vent caps, they shoved the air nozzle through a slot, and so most of my brand new registers and vents have a noticeable bend in one of the slats.

Team was professional and clean. Great value for the basic duct cleaning. Liked that before and after pictures of ducts were down to me as well as the amount of debris removed. Would recommend them for basic duct cleaning.

Technicians we very thorough and explained what they were going to do. They showed me pictured of my vents before and after cleaning. Will definitely note my calendar to make an appointment next year.

We are from Lakewood WI & I seen a ad on duct cleaning on Facebook. I had been thinking about doing this for a long time & I knew my house & my mom's house hadn't ever had the ducts cleaned, so I answered the ad & scheduled an appointment. While the service had to be rescheduled due to a broken vacuum the day before, the workers that arrived to clean were very professional and respectful. They explained everything they were doing, asked relevant questions about the home and HVAC system, and were quick. Totally worth it seeing everything they got and hopefully removing some of the dust and allergens we had collected!
