We have 4 dogs and haven't ever cleaned out the vents. It was great when we got them cleaned out finally. This service was very professional, on time, and affordable. We will definitely use this company again!

Biggest scam company ever they came out 2 indian workers believe 1s name was naru could barely understand him, the other spoke very broken English. They got all their equipment set up and started, they blew dust and debris everywhere, and said they would clean up afterwards. All they did was stick a wand in the return vents and blew dust and debris all over the house, vacuum they used was barely sucking any air, refused to use a camera to check to see if vents were clean I took video on my phone showing them vents were completely filthy still and would not budge, they kept saying they were clean and sanitized but video shows otherwise. Tried calling their supervisors #, the office, and the woman I called originally to set up the appointment, none would answer at 2:10-2:25 Friday June 28th, they started packing up all their stuff, didn't put any vents, furnace cover, crawl space door or anything back on and kept saying how much of a horrible human/person I am, and how God will have his vengeance against me and that karma is coming because I refused to pay for them doing nothing but making a mess that I have to clean up now.
Edited as of July 1st after owner replied and says they didn't service me, added picture of receipt proving otherwise, can't upload video or would show what a horrible job was done.

Monica and her team did amazing! We have an old home and there was always a certain smell we didn’t like when the hvac system was going. They were easy to schedule with and flexible and the pricing I felt was very reasonable. I got before and after videos of the cleaning and our home feels better and that smell has disappeared when our system runs. The crew that was here was really nice as well and did a great job.

We just purchased a house and hired Divine Hvac to clean our air ducts because we have an allergy sensitive pet and person in the house. They were great at communicating and let us know when they would be arriving and were on time. They were super informative and showed us before and after pictures. They checked our furnace and dryer ducts, and told us that if it were them, they wouldn't pay to clean the furnace because it was in good shape, but recommended we clean out our dyer ducts (and I could see why!). They already gave us an INCREDIBLY competitive price for the air duct service and then offered to add on the additional dryer duct service at a price we were more than happy to pay. We have around a 2,200 sq ft home and it took them about 90 minutes to perform both services. They were friendly and did not leave any mess behind. We've been able to keep our heat at 67 degrees because it is so much more efficient now, and the rattling from our vents is gone! I highly, highly recommend them.

Great service. The guys were very well equipped and were very knowledgeable. The air in my house is feeling very fresh post service. Highly recommended.

They came early and they were professional and friendly. I’ve never had the vents cleaned before, so I didn’t know what to expect. They came in and did a very nice job. They didn’t make a mess and showed me and talked me through what all they were doing. It was very informative. They gave me tips on furnace filters and told me how often I should clean the vents. They were done quickly and cleaned up what little mess they did make. My furnace looks brand new inside and it just feels cleaner in the whole house. I’m very pleased at the job they did and was very happy that I had them come out. I will definitely call them the next time I have it done.

David and Fabian did a fabulous job and very efficient. Very respectful and kind.
I could tell they take pride in their work and they have high integrity as well. Eager to make sure I was very taken care of and satisfied. I feel that they put in extra attention to what was best for me, but definitely did not make me feel like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and a easy way to get a bigger sale. Even tho the gentleman forgot to show me the before video (after asking him twice).. and forgot to show me the after video (until I reminded him as he was packing up).. the overall service was great. Both guys were very courteous and very nice. They were quick. They explained things (when I asked questions). And made sure everything was picked up when they were finished! I would recommend for sure!

Amazed with the results! Worked with my critters- an in/out cat, an inside only cat & our dog. Very pleasant workers.

The men that came to my home were courteous, on time, and professional. I did, however, run into an issue during my service and reached out to express my dissatisfaction. A representative from Divine reached out to me on more than one occasion to understand the situation and ensure my satisfaction. This uncommon commitment to customer satisfaction is what prompted me to write a review.

Jesse and David were awesome to work with! They showed me and walked me through what they were doing and explained how to better maintain and clean the furnace myself to keep the air much cleaner. Very friendly and we're done in about an hour. Highly recommend!

The men were on time, professional and extremely nice. They hooked a huge vacuum up to our main line and then blew down through every vent. They used a sanitizing spray down each vent as well as cleaned each vent cover. When every thing was vacuumed out they sanitized the main line too. They made no messes. The entire house smells wonderful!
$249 + a dirt removal charge of $18.00
$270 seems like a small amount to breathe better!

Our techs Gabriel and Rodrigo were very polite and professional. They explained everything before they began the actual work and were very clean. They showed us a video upon completion and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again when the time comes. Thank you.

I probably will never hire this company again. They "cleaned out" mine and my fathers HVAC ductwork and returns and did not to a very good job with it. there is still a ton of dust in our ductwork that I now have to pay someone else to do the job correctly. They also did not have a vacuum to vacuum up all the dust that flew out of our vents. Very dissapointing.

They came today & done the duct work & checked the furnace blower & filter & dryer vent. Showed me the dust in blower & got that done. Was very nice & knows what they're doing. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These are the least professional company I have ever worked with. The two service techs came into our home with muddy boots and no booties for their shoes. They made a mess of our carpets and stated that "there was nothing they could do about it". One of the services workers used our bathroom to take a poop and he did not wash his hands or flush the toilet (our bathroom was partly under construction and did not have soap in it). He still proceeded to clean out house after. The services techs were there for a routine duct cleaning.They blew out all the vents and then left. They did not clean up any of the mess that came out of the vents. There was literally dirt and dust covering our entire home. We have a new born baby at home and they left the place absolutely destroyed. They tried to hide the mess by sweeping it under furniture and into the corners. We had to hire a professional cleaning crew to clean the house it was that bad. I called the owner of the company "Kumar" who called me a liar and stated that his service techs would never do that. After showing him all the videos and pictures that we had, he apologized and offered to give us a refund of $20 (we paid $280). I told him that this was unacceptable and he then offered to give us $40 back. After getting into a verbal yelling match with the owner, he stated that he would give me $80 back and not a dollar more and hung up the phone. This is the least professional company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

We just moved into our house and had Devine come to clean out air ducts, and boy are we glad we did. 68 years old and it had never had the ductwork cleaned.

I live by a highway and have 2 dogs that shed a lot. I hadn't had the ducts cleaned in quite awhile and they were really bad. They took before and after videos and what a difference!! They also cleaned the furnace blower motor, the furnace filter and my dryer duct work which had a bird nest in it!! Very neat and clean and even fixed my dryer duct work!! The price was VERY reasonable!! I would recommend Divine HVAC to anyone looking for duct work cleaning!! Thank you guys!!

I had a very positive experience. Eddie and Adam did a great job explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. They were professional, friendly and left everything clean. They cleaned all of the vents in the house and checked on my dryer vent. I will be recommending them to my friends.

They did not do the services I paid for. They talked me into adding a blower motor cleaning and this is what it looked like the day after they completed the services. My ducts still blow out dust as well. I tried several times to contact them about this and no one would help me. Denise Bower is who set up this service on Facebook and she is a joke. Do not trust this company! The name of the company she said she’s with is Aero Pristine Ducts Cleaning but the company that showed up was Divine HVAC Duct. The first red flag was when they got mad I wanted to pay with credit card and not cash. SCAMMERS!

Omar and his partner just completed HVAC, Furnace and Dryer Vent Service in my home. All services that would be performed were explained in great detail. The utmost professionalism was exhibited throughout the whole process. Specific concerns were brought to my attention before performing corrective actions. I would highly recommend DIVINE HVAC-DUCT!!!👍
