I found out about them via FB, scheduled a time for them to come out to clean all the vents, pricing is wayyy cheaper than anyone else I have called, they did an awesome job, very polite, answered all my questions, kept me informed on what they were doing, also showed me videos they took of my vents. Took videos of the furnace to show that it needs to be cleaned as well, gave me pricing for that. Had no issues, they accept all forms of payments. All and all i am very satisfied with their service will definitely use them again.

Reason for 4 starts, is their aggressive way of wanting to be rated, I get you have a business to run but I felt obligated to leave a comment, I received a FB messenge from the gentleman who asked me to rate him at some type of group on FB. I also received a phone called asking for rating. Plus more messages if i have neighbors or family who needs service which I explained I do not know. 1 day later i get the same message. Feels like an automated system. Other than that they're awesome.

They were on time completely professional. My quote was accurate to my bill. The workers explained everything to me so it made sense. I could not have asked for a better experience. I definitely would recommend and use them again in the future.

This company came to my house on time. They told me what was needed and what to expect. I got exactly what they said they would do. My ducts were cleaned very well. So much dust in them, I couldn't believe how much was in there. He showed me before and after pics. I was amazed. Very professional and curious. They also showed me videos inside the furnace of how much was coming out of the ducts, OMG. IT was such a dust storm coming out. Very much appreciate the work. The air in the house smells so much better. Thank you Divine for your quality work.

David and Fabian were excellent! They showed me what they were doing and explained everything to me. I was also able to see the ductwork before they cleaned it and afterward. They did a fantastic job! Definitely recommend!

I was sceptical at 1st, being found on a FB post, but made the appointment anyway. So glad I did. We had this company clean our furnace ducts & vents, along with the dryer vent, yesterday. Nasir & Rafa were awesome! They were prompt, professional and thorough. The process was explained & the price was confirmed prior to beginning the service. The only surprise was the 1+ pound of dust that was collected once they finished. I definitely recommend! I'm extremely happy & am telling all my friends and neighbors about them. Thanks again. Ralphy and Shaheen did a great job cleaning our ducts and our dryer vent. They were very fast, professional, and left our old ducts looking great. Their price was much more reasonable than the other quotes I received. I'll consider using them again next time our ducts need cleaning.

I’m satisfied with the serviced provided by Divine HVAC. Two employees showed up, on time as planned. They performed their cleaning smoothly and fast. They were also careful and courteous. Definitely it is worth to pay their fee for their work. I would used them again in the future.

I was impressed with Hugo and David’s professionalism and knowledge, they listened to my questions and gave understandable answers. It was both interesting and disgusting, in equal measures, watching the videos of the duct cleaning! When they left, I just felt like the house was cleaner! The young men were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and showed their work on video. Showed us where the furnaces needed repair and how dirty the blowers where . Offered us a lower price to clean both furnaces. Cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again next year.

Arrived during the scheduled time frame, confirmed the services scheduled and the price, followed instructions regarding my secured pets, set up equipment and completed services in a timely manner, tried to upsell additional services and was respectful when I declined, and they were friendly and professional. This company was professional, prompt, and took the time needed to do the job well. They were flexible and pointed out other potential issues to alert us on what could be an issue. Our home smells fresh now and cut down on allergies. Great job and truly satisfied.

Super professional guys did an amazing job! Cleaned dryer vents and now my dryer works much faster than before. They showed me before and after video, it was so neat! Will be calling them again next year!

Chris and Mariano came and cleaned our ducts and our dryer vent. They were very professional. They were very nice. Showed pictures of our ducts before they did their work. They also returned a phone call about our furnace not working to make sure everything was ok. My husband had already realized that the switch on the furnace had not been turned back on. They were done in an hour. Also told me that they cleaned the dryer vent and it was very bad, and reminded me that is a fire hazard. Thank you Chris and Mariano.

Was very pleased with the responsiveness when I had questions and working with me on timing and they were right on time when they said they would be here. They were very polite and informative while they were here before, during and after the cleaning process. Very professional, relatively quick in and out. Would definitely use their services again.

Carter Martin broke my dryer timer by turning the knob backwards. I was assured I would have a supervisor in touch with me by the end of day Saturday. That never happened so I called on Monday and Tuesday and only got an answering machine. After leaving 2 messages about paying for the damages, I was offered half of what it cost me to have it fixed. No refund was ever given and now no one will return my calls BUT they sure did fight the dispute with my credit card!! Mr Said - you sir are a crook have no customer service skills. May karma find you swiftly

Omar and Chris were the Divine Hvac techs that provided the service. Both were very helpful in explaining exactly what they were doing. In our 18 years of living in our house this was the first time we have ever had this service provided, so I shouldn't have been so surprised to see what came out of our ducts. They were aware and attentive to our pet's needs while they were providing the service as we have two indoor cats. I would use this company again and plan on referring to my neighbors and friends. We are enjoying the better air quality and less dust.
