Had plugged sewer line. Jason was very informative and helpful in answering my question. He explained everything before he did it, and why he was doing it. He also answered questions about other things that I was interested in.
I would definitely call and use him again for future things.
I also dealt with Brenden the day before. He was very informative and changed my date for time of service to accommodate me.

Summers always does a great job! Professional and polite and answers all of your questions. I will never use another plumbing company. They came out and got the clog fixed with the best methods. Didn’t leave until it seemed clear everything was working as it should and even helped fix something my husband had done slightly wrong. Gavin was extremely helpful in fixing our water heater. He walked us through the step by step process with clear and concise instructions. He took the time to find alternate cost efficient routes to fix our heating problem and ultimately saved us a great deal of money. We have a one year old and didn’t have any hot water on a weekend, so we are grateful the problem was timely fixed.

We called Summers to help with a leak from our HVAC system in a new-to-us house. Cesar from Summers came out and was 10/10. He was patient, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He walked us through our equipment to better understand how to use it and use it more efficiently. He got everything tuned up and working well. He was punctual, which was great and made sure to answer all our questions. We will be calling to use Cesar and Summers again!

I had Kyle and Miguel come over to work on my plumbing. They removed concrete and gravel as well as my dishwasher to get to the problem. I had a broken cast iron pipe that needed replacement and lining done on another 20 or so feet of pipe. They cleaned up after themselves very well and treated my parents as well as myself with the upmost respect. Kyle and Miguel both stayed after finished work to see if there are any further issues. For any of our future plumbing needs I will call them for help.

Called for a drip noise, got a same day technitian for hvac and plumbing analysis. Found out it was 2 different leaks and an old water heater. They replaced all the next day. Curtious and efficient plumber Howard did the job! So happy.

Efrain inspected my plumbing, and drained the hot water tank. He was very professional, and did a wonderful job. I recommend Summers, 100 per cent.

Howard did a great job with our plumbing repairs. What seemed like an easy fixed turned into a larger project needing to remove our out dated drum trap in a very tight space. Couldn't be happier with the service.

WOW!! Spoke to Tom Geer and he was able to get somebody out to my house the next day. Could have gotten someone out the same day, but he wanted to save me some money since it was a Sunday. Howard came out to what was supposed to be a “simple” rod clear out. Howard Hughes was my technician and started out on the first floor thru the toilet but ran into snags… He then went into the crawl space and ran into snags again. He then went to my second floor bathroom and after 8 hours of trying free the blockage with multiple augers he finally had success. More work needs to be done, but I can use the facilities since the blockage has been cleared. I know I will be using Summers PHC for the follow up and I really recommend you to call on them as well!

Efrain did a very thorough maintenance on the furnace and come through with some solid recommendations and suggestions to prolong the equipments life and overall home air quality. Professional and knowledgeable as well. Cheers!

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling provided excellent customer service. The worker was able to order the part that I need and arrived on time. The worker explained everything about part, and did an excellent job of installing the part. I am satisfied with the worker’s service.

Chris P. Came to do a maintenance check on our HVAC systems and I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything he was doing and took pictures of any areas of concern. He didn’t try to push any repairs, instead he explained the issues and which ones were probably more important to keep a closer eye on.
We just had Chris come out again to fix several of those issues and as before, he was polite and answered all my questions.

Chris did our annual Heating system Tune up. He was very thorough, provided explanation of every thing he did and provided list of precautions I need to take. I will certainly use his service again in spring for my AC tuneup. He did very thorough job and cleaned the work area before leaving.
