I used them for the first time to check for a bathroom shower stall leak problem that others could not solve. I was impressed with the professionalism and attitude of the plumber they sent, and he quickly diagnosed a problem that others had overlooked. Very satisfied.

I called for the first time, so happy with Cheryl whom talked to me and scheduled to send a professional plumber exactly when I asked for. Super happy with customer service and service I had. I will consider to remodel and renovate my bathrooms by them, as well.

Jim at VPlumbing is great. I though I needed a new ejector pump because something wasn’t right. Jim came out and figured out it was a simple fix. Most companies would have said I need a new pump. I will only use Village plumbing.

Village Plumbing changed a toilet ring in the span of 20 minutes. Then they charged 10 hours worth of labor at $90 per hour for a total of $980 for this "service."

Months later, this same company broke our wall in an attempt to fix a central building pipe and left the wall open for months in the winter.

I am not saying all the employees there are dishonest, but the ones that did this are ruining their reputation irreparably.

Good family owned business. Responsive and skilled plumbers. Stand by their work. Both Jim and Eric have come out to the house multiple times to handle a variety of issues. They are in and out, and do quality work every time.

Unfortunately can't get them to return my calls for a root clearing that has been done by them yearly. The past 3 times using them, we have had to call multiple times just to get someone to schedule an appointment. They always say to "give them a day to call back" but it's been over a week and still no reply. I can overlook it once, but with this being the third time in a row this has happened, we will have to go with someone else. If you can get them out, the work is good, but pricey, and the headache of scheduling just isn't worth it.

Honest, Reliable family owned business. I only use Village Plumbing for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them. The majority of their staff are family. They have a long term reputation to uphold. I have done business with them for approximately 15 years.

Super honest. Super knowledgeable. Having a plumbing emergency is no fun but Eric always helps us out of a jam. Last time he came out on a Sunday to help us after our sub pump stopped working and we took on water over night in the basement. I love these guys.

Eric fixed a leak below our tub. it was a difficult fix and other plumbers. No quoted us. Eric did an amazing job with minimal disruption and quick service!

Eric has incredible plumbing experience and knowledge. We have a fairly new home and the hot water stopped working. Eric was prompt in problem solving the issue and resolving it.

While working on our water heater, Eric pointed out that we had a missing a component that prevented hot water reaching the other side of the house. I just assumed the hot water just took a long time to warm up. He installed the correct part and now my boys are so happy now to get hot water quickly to their shower!

They just were on the news for working on someone's home when a fire was started in the basement where they were working. Use them at your own risk

We had Village Plumbing come out and replace our two water heaters. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. The guy who came, Eric, was very knowledgeable and gave us several tips on how to maintain your water heaters to live long life. Will definitely use them again in the future

Cody was very nice and helpful. He explained what needed to be done and was a clean and efficient worker. He solved our problem promptly.
