I had a recurring drain issue that several plumbers couldn’t fully resolve, but Drain Guys finally got it fixed! They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything before starting the work. The drain has been running perfectly. I really appreciated Felix and John professionalism, fair pricing, and thorough cleanup afterward. Highly recommend them if you’re dealing with stubborn plumbing problems.

We had a corroded pipe that was poorly fixed by someone else but Felix was able to diagnose the problem from a couple of photo. He gave an exact time someone would be out to fix the problem. And we didn’t have to wait several days without hot water. Another company I called had high rates and hourly minimums that would have cost 2-3x more just to have them come out. We had an appointment for the next day! They were prompt, took less than an hour and our hot water is back. I will definitely hire this team again in the future!

We've had problems every six months or so with those pesky Elmhurst tree roots and various plumbers coming to repair. We finally decided to invest in sewer lining and had Felix from Drain Guys come out to give us a quote. He looked in the sewer with a camera and gave us a full report. We were able to schedule him and his crew rather quickly and they had the job done within two days. Our yard had zero mess and required no repairs (we've had it dug up before to deal with roots). The liner has a 70-year warranty so we won't need to do it again but I would 100% call Felix any time I had a plumbing issue arise. We are recommending Drain Guys to all of our neighbors who have experience similar issues with sewer lining.

Felix and his team at Drain Guys did a fabulous job. They repaired our sewer line and replaced the clean out, digging about eight feet down with care and precision.

I first noticed the soil around my old clean out starting to sink. Felix came out quickly, scoped the line with a camera, and clearly explained what was happening and why it should be fixed. He never pressured me, and I chose to move forward before a bigger problem developed.

During the repair, Felix taught me about the installation and how the system works. As a lifelong learner and DIY type, I really appreciated that he and the crew took time to explain each step.

Photos (Before and After): Felix explained how the backfill, or ‘spoil,’ settles naturally after a deep repair. It may look like extra soil now, but it evens out as it compacts.

We had Glenbrook install a new sump pump in December and they did a great job! They were quick & efficient with everything from an estimate to installation. Today they came out to clear out blockage of our line and once again they were quick & efficient! We highly recommend using Glenbrook Plumping!

They cleared several drains over the last 7 years, they do my backflow test annually, replaced a couple of spigots and installed a new valve. Excellent work at a fair price. Today it was a shower head problem, faucet repair and sump pump check. Can’t say enough about the quick setvice and quality.

Overall a 10/10 experience throughout the whole process. From initial contact to providing the quote and to finally installing the new water heater. Everything was handled professionally. So glad I listened to my neighbor’s recommendation and choose to work with them. Thanks again!

What I thought was going to be a couple thousand dollar tear down drywall repair turned out to be a simple leak at a basement toilet. A few new bolts, a supply line and a new flapper and viola! No more leak!!! What a great experience!!!

Again great service! Tyler & Elias surveyed my issues, completed inspection, tested existing sump pumps, looked inside, outside and really could not fine is fine. a cause of my minor backup. I’m comfortable that my system.

An “Emergency” turned into a “No Problem”! A small leak developed on Saturday night; we turned off the water to the commode, but it kept leaking a small amount. We kept towels on the floor waiting til Monday morning. Called at 8:01a and asked for our favorite technician to come, thinking it would be the end of the week. We were surprised and happy when they said he’d be over in the early afternoon. Diagnosed and repaired in the first 30 minutes. Glenbrook Plumbing is our go to service provider!!
