I was in desperate need of a water heater because mine was leaking and it was like 20 years old so I called Felix from the Drain guys and he gave me a quote very reasonable with a top-of-the-line water heater and installed it At my convenience when It came to scheduling .

I really appreciated the fact he knew what he was talking about and answered every question under the moon that I could think of and gave me honest answers.

I also purchased a top of the line sub pump to replace my old model with installation.

I would rate him five stars because of his knowledge of plumbing and customer service. I called other companies and all I got was some general answers, run around and high prices.

FELIX and his crew are knowledgeable and professional and take pride in what they do! Will absolutely be recommending him to EVERYONE! Communication and cleanliness were awesome, couldn't ask for better !!

Felix was recommended to me by a friend who is a contractor as being a guy who was honest, knew what he was doing, and could be counted on. I have had him to my house to fix things twice. He was there when he said he would be and fixed the problem without trying to sell me a bunch of other things. When he was done working, the place was clean without any mess, junk, or pieces left behind. I am horrible about remembering names, so he is saved in my phone as "Plumber Felix" so I don't need to think twice about who I am calling when I have a plumbing issue again. Thanks!

It’s really hard to find honest people to do work at your house, and this is probably the best experience I’ve had with anybody working at my house. We had an issue with a broken sewage pipe. The Drain Guys located and videotaped the missing piece and came back a couple of days later to seal it. I received quotes from other companies that were three times bigger than what the Drain Guys charged me. We are very impressed with their professionalism, honesty, level of detail and efficiency. I trust them and will definitely use them again in the future.

He was available at the drop of a hat to come and inspect the drains and sewer line of a house we were looking to buy. He gave us his honest opinion and let us know the range of possible outcomes, both best- and worst-case scenarios, at no cost. When we found out that we needed to do an emergency rebuild of our sewer line, he was there the next day to start digging and the job was done at the end of the day. He was even available over Thanksgiving to replace the old pump and install a new cover.

AWESOME! Service technician is Very knowledgeable and he LOVES what he does. I had several issues with the flow and water pressure, he was able to use a new technique (something I've been been told by any plumber) and cleaned away years of build up in my plumbing system. Now ALL my drains flow correctly. I received very prompt and customer friendly service. I would HIGHLY recommend his service.
