The five stars are for the thorough, careful, efficient, and polite work by the technicians. They have been here before and are very reliable, show up on time, and generally are reasonable.
I would rate the original assessment/observation a little lower. I bought a vanity that was six inches too small. I also felt the cost of a second technician (necessary but several hundred dollars more) should have been addressed. He did remind me to buy a faucet separately and was accurate as to the time needed. I think we both should have asked more questions, but the guys who came out here did a great job.

glenbrook Plumbing did an amazing job for me in a very stressful situation. I was having a broker open house and there was water coming in from my ejector pump. They sent someone right over and fixed it within an hour and saved me from a lot of embarrassment. The guys were so accommodating and swift in their work and left out the back door quietly without being noticed by all of the guests that were arriving. I highly recommend this company. They’ve always been responsive and reasonably priced. I give the highest recommendation I can.

Was able to quickly come out and resolve the issue with the water heater

Called Glenbrook this morning on a clogged toilet and they came out and fixed the problem immediately. The plumber knew exactly how to solve the issue.

With having been a contractor for many years, I’d definitely say crew who did the rodding of our sewer line were great. Very good with the work and care they performed were great explaining what they thought of the issue and how they fixed it.

My only concern I had with the company is that the communication from receptionist to the field workers was not on par. I was very detailed about what the situation was (toilet was removed and I rodded myself, but with a smaller auger) and she took that info and tossed it in the trash. Originally sent a guy for a toilet clog with a small, handheld toilet clog remover. Had to get a second crew out before that’s not what I needed and was clearly explained to her when I initially called for the service.

In the end, after charging me double than what I was told over the phone, I got a service manager to clear it up with the technicians over the phone and then was charged the original quoted amount, plus a fee for sending someone out the first time.

I’ve noticed that MANY receptionists in the blue collar field do a sub par job when taking the info from a customer and then the quoted amount ends up different than the final cost. My advice: always document what you told the receptionist via writing it down and speaking it back before agreeing to the service call.
