Terry and his crew were extremely professional and thorough, despite the unexpected rain and snow we had the day of our full-house generator installation. Each time they entered the house, they wore fresh carpet protection and did not leave anything on the flooring. Before leaving Terry answered all our questions. We are extremely happy with all the King Air and Bush staff.

HVAC experts James and Ethan of Bush refrigeration, literally fell out of the sky and help me save me 2 to 3 hours of work. I happen to be moving in to Just Storage in St Charles and they were working on the roof just above our hours unloading my belongings. They were getting down off the roof loading up their ladders and I noticed they were leaving and I had one big heavy piece that I knew I couldn't move by myself. They immediately came over and helped and had my entire 18 ft trailer unloaded and but would have been three more hours for me, and record time. They were respectful kind sweet funny, they were this 65-year-old woman's angels out of the sky! I don't know what else I can say. Thank you thank you a thousand times thank you!!!!!

Kris and Cameron were very prompt and very knowledgeable about servicing our generator. Also very polite when entering the home. We were happy to see Kris again as he serviced the generator last year. Recommend him highly!!!

The service techs were courteous and considerate. Covering their shoes when coming into the house is always appreciated. All of my questions were answered without hesitation. Every person from Bush has always exceeded my expectations .

I have to say owning a bar comes with its fair share of troubles, but today my experience with Bush Refrigeration was one of the easiest problems I’ve ever solved. Within days Mike, Will and Ryder came out and put in my new cooler and got it all set up for me this was truly a fantastic company I highly recommend and will be do all future business for my bar with them. 10 out of 10

Tyler did an excellent job servicing our furnace. He arrived on time and he was very pleasant. He answered all my questions especially about the proper humidity levels in our house. He educated me on some items on our wall thermostat. Down stairs he took out pieces of our furnace and checked them over thoroughly. One thing he found that when we had our furnace installed the drain connecting the humidifier was not installed and so he hooked up the drain with PVC to our basement drain. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to have him back

Roger Radcliff was friendly and professional and did a great job of explaining everything that needed repaired. I am glad I signed up for the maintenance contract.

I called on a Sunday and the tech walked me through all the quick fix things I could do myself. He texted me later in day to see how it worked. I have never used these guys so never paid them before but still called to check and give advice. First thing Monday the lady from office called. The easy stuff didn’t work so they sent a tech out early morning. He had the part I needed with him and got it all fixed up in maybe an hour. The tech was super nice and helpful. The price was very reasonable also. I am going to get set up on maint program and keep using King bc I was so happy with the service!

Installed new furnace and AC. Fair price. Quality install team. I highly recommend. Answers all questions. Clean up after install. I am extremely pleased with the service and the recommended equipment. I received bids from 3 other companies. King was my choice for many reasons. Locally owned was just a bonus.
