King installed a new HVAC system at our house, replacing the +25 year old system. From the quote thru the installation, they were friendly and professional. The instal was completed as quick as possible with minimal impact to our lives. I will definitely use them going forward for my HVAC needs and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with heating and cooling solutions.

Chris and Will did a great job. They managed through all of our homes old set up. Clean!! I thought I would have a mess..no mess at all. They were on time and worked steadily. They even made friends with my little pug. Great job and highly recomend!!

AC went out during the night, contacted my home warranty provider they had a 24-48 wait time unbelievable, so I checked around and called King Air conditioning and heating around 9:00 explained my issue and they immediately sent out a technician “Ted” very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was a bad capacitor which he replaced quickly and efficiently to get our house cooling down. Great service and very professional. Thank. You Ted and King Air!!!!

I called the office with an air conditioning issue and they sent Brandon and Ted out within just a couple hours. They were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They even had all the parts needed on their truck and the air was working like new in about an hour. 10/10 Highly Recommend King!

Tyler M and the employee with him (sorry, I didn't remember his name) were excellent at working on our mini-split, replacing the pump and cleaning it up before reinstalling. Both employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and were dedicated to doing the job perfectly. They explained everything which was very helpful. We have had Tyler M working on our home systems in the past and are looking forward to having him for future work.

The office sent the tech the afternoon I called. Brandon was great. Showed up punctual with nice personality, and had the knowledge and skills to fix the air conditioner quickly. No one wants to be hot in this weather, and thanks to King, i wasn't. Great service.

King Air Conditioning & Heating has been great to work with. Tyler, the technician doing our annual maintenance, was very detailed and deliberate, checking every vent to ensure our system was running at top performance. Highly recommend!

I'm a little confused on how a newly ac/heater had leaking issuses. I hope in the future we will not have any other issues. Is this a problem with these units? We do appreciate for taking care of the parts and labor for the fix. Please look in to see if the companies you use as any recalls on the unit we have. I do realize this time wasn't a recall. They came out to check out the 3 years old heat pump. Changed $100 for service call, saying that the compressor was bad. Gave me a quote for $2600 to replace a warrantied compressor(Goodman).

Call B&W heating and cooling. Checked out heat pump and said capacitor was failing. Changed it out with new capacitor and been working perfectly.
If you want reliable and honest service, don’t call King!! We are seniors and I feel that they were trying to take advantage of our lack of knowledge. They will rip you off !!!

The only company that would come out and do what was needed to fix our problems!

Explained everything, answered my 100 questions. Worked with us so we were 100% satisfied.

They added a whole new return trunk and system and new supply trunk, fixed crushed duct work and added returns to our bedrooms.

Also made other things more up to code with how they should be.

Awesome company, Chris was awesome and came back out to check everything after it was done. Mike was great and everyone else involved.
