They were prompt I called on and two days later they came and inspected my house gave me a quote two days later we were installing it and left that they did good work pleased with the service please with equipment and it works well

I recommend staying away from King AC & Heating. My elderly parents had their heating and AC replaced about 6 years ago by King not because their old unit was bad but they thought they would be proactive and replace the 20+ year old system with a new one before they had problems. After about 3 years of use, the Bryant system that King installed started having problems. The furnace turns off and won’t come back on. Every winter the furnace goes out and will not come back on until someone from King comes out. They have had at least a dozen service calls in the past few years and every time the repair tech says it fixed, I guarantee it. The next day, another call has to be made to repair the unit. Tried calling the owner, Karen Edwards, but she won’t return a phone call. Karen has no problem charging my parents for service calls even though King has yet to fully repair their furnace. Obviously after this many service calls, either their technicians are completely incompetent or the unit is bad and needs to be replaced. All I know is that they are taking advantage of an elderly couple on a fixed income. Spend your money elsewhere with honest people who have integrity and will provide a quality product.

12/9/25 Update
Posting an update to this issue. King HVAC did send a tech to my parent’s house to review the install and make some adjustments to the system. The PVC venting was adjusted to remove the hard 90 degree fittings and install 45 degree fittings to increase pressure in the line. While I am grateful this was done, I do wonder why this was not done previously or when the unit was first installed. In the end, King did stick with the issue and continued to work to resolve it and hopefully there won’t be any further issues.

UPDATE: We received the call from the office crediting the diagnostic fee. WOW! Now THAT is customer service! Thank you!

James was very professional. He arrived on time, nice guy. Good communication on who and when they would arrive. I pretty much had my problem diagnosed, just want a quote.He said he needed to check with the office to see if there would be a.charge. Was not informed there was a show up/diagnosis fee( I already knew what the issue was ) Showed him my issue and he said it was a $99 diagnosis fee(per the office) and that would be in addition to having any work done. Starting to question my decision to use King

We appreciated the email & text before the tech arrived telling us who was coming, along with a picture. He was very professional and polite and did a great job along with answering our questions. We would highly recommend King Air Conditioning & Heating!

Called to get a quote, received an appointment the next morning. I was texted a picture and bio on john who was coming to give the quote. He arrived on time, was prepared with information about the company and the system we were wanting a quote on. He had the tools needed to measure for the best location for the unit. I received a text later in the day from John letting me know that he had sent me the quote in my email. I signed the contract that evening and received a call from John the next morning to schedule the installation. All this was done in a 24 hour period. Impressed with service and promptness. Will let you know how the install goes next week.

Ted was so friendly from beginning to end diagnosing the lack of heat problem we have. Even let me know the filter was at the end of its life as new ones sat next to the system. So it, joined the filter cemetery and good to go. The issue we have is in the middle of debate as we now have a quote for a new system or one to fix the current problem. I would def request Ted for whatever service we'd need, but he does not do new installs. He knew what the problem was within minutes and explained any questions I had and was very personable. Made it very easy to feel comfortable having him here. 10/10 recommend Ted for any service problems you may encounter. He went above and beyond!

John came and gave an estimate on installing a new heating system the next day as the question to repair or replace was one we had. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to communicate with. All questions answers without missing a beat. There was absolutely no pressure and that added volumes to the interaction. Nice guy and efficient in providing us the information we were looking for. 10/10 recommend setting up an appointment to see about replacement!

King Did a great job. Determining the problem with our current furnace and offering options along with pricing. They took time explaining and answering questions. But most of all they corrected the problem that two other companies could not over the course of 3 years! We have heat! All 5 employees we worked with along the way were professional, kind and patient. They know their stuff! Will recommend King to others for sure! Thank you King!

Tyler and Ted came to or house to deal with an intermittent furnace problem I’ve been dealing with for a couple of years. It didn’t take them long to realize the original installation five years ago was wrong. The correct burner setup for propane was never installed. Tyler and Ted did the research to install the correct the equipment, gave me a fair bid to repair and will do the work when the parts come in. While they were here they did routine maintenance and minor adjustments to help the performance until the parts come in.
They were very professional and were more than willing to answer all of my questions. Very happy with their craftsmanship.
I will be glad when they get this furnace operating as designed and safe.

Because my home is quite old and difficult to maneuver through, unexpected challenges came up during the installation that were specific to my house. This required additional materials and adjustments on my end. Rather than increasing the price or delaying the job to another day, the team handled everything smoothly and completed the installation the same day. Extremely professional and accommodating. I highly recommend.

Owen, Steve and Tyler did an excellent job installing our new furnace and air-conditioning unit. They were very professional from start to finish. They notified us when they were on their way and worked nonstop on day one. As a result of their hard work, our furnace was up and running ahead of schedule. King Air Conditioning and Heating did an outstanding job installing a brand-new HVAC system in my home. After another company’s poor work, they came in and completely replaced my system, ductwork, set up the heating and cooling system properly, and made sure everything was balanced and running smoothly.
