We recently had a new AC unit installed by Ernst. It didn't work to our satisfaction. Their techs are the BEST in the industry. They tried several things. Long story short Ernst resolved the problem by going WAY ABOVE and BEYOND of what all other companies would have done!!! They simply are the BEST!!!!! Please, if you are looking for your AC or heating system to be repaired or replaced do not go anywhere else. Ernst heating and cooling are simply the BEST in the industry. We will be a customer of ERNST FOREVER!!!!! We simply can't say enough good things about them other than THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!

I called for service on Sunday morning because a/c was not cooling. Within two hours a technician was at our house and had a/c cooling again. Mitchell was our technician. He was knowledgeable, explained the situation and very helpful. I would highly recommend Ernst for heating and cooling needs

Ramon worked most of the day to figure out our issue. He kept me up to date with what he was doing all day as he tested our system over and over to get the error then to make changes to hopefully fix it permanently.

Ernst needs to catch up with this decade. Still stuck in the Stone Age. Unless you have a brand they are familiar with or installed themselves they will not service your hvac system. Absolutely ridiculous and all I asked for was to have my unit charged which was slightly low on refrigerant. Simple thing to do and it’s running fine. Guess I should buy my own equipment and do it myself. Since it’s to difficult for them.

Ryan showed up exactly when expected. He wore footies in the house and did a thorough job inspecting and cleaning both the inside and outside units. He was very polite and explained everything he had done.

Absolutely fantastic service. Everyone at Ernst has been fantastic. Mitchell was very professional, explaining everything that was going on. Helped me understand why my unit was not serviceable. Even though my unit had died and there was nothing he could do for me. He took the time to get me scheduled with a team that could come out and help me get a new unit. I know this is about My technician but I have to mention Michelle. She was so kind! Even though i was scheduled for Tuesday, Monday morning i got a call from her. She looked for a time earlier to get someone out to look at my unit. Also made sure I had a portable unit to help cool my house until they could get me a new unit! You have a top notch team at Ernst! Would definitely recommend them for heating or cooling needs! (They replaced my heater last year)

The technician was very friendly, prompt, and professional. I've been with Ernst for all my HVAC needs. I love the company and their people. For me and my home, Ernst is THE BEST!

Ernst keeps our HVAC in tip-top shape. out twice a year for inspections and the techs are always great to deal with. helpful and polite, they take time to explain things and go the extra mile.
Ryan was out today, and covered all the bases, even made sure to let me know he put the hook back in the gate so I didn't need to go out there later too check it.

Ramon arrived on time & was very professional. I was having issues with mini split & he had to educate me on cleaning & get better usage of system. He did an amazing job cleaning unit & even gave me remote menu to leave for new owners. I highly recommend Ernst & I already transferred my service plan to new home.
