We needed a rushed HVAC repair so we could move forward with selling our home, and Brandon B. was absolutely incredible. He arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. He fixed the issue quickly and made the whole process stress-free. Brandon B. is one of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with—highly recommend!

Ramon was awesome! He was so personable and respectful. He explained everything he did and showed me pictures of what it looked like and why it should be done. I was very impressed with him.

Tyler is an asset to Ernst. He was very courteous and really knowledgeable about the repair that needed to be done. We hope to have him come for our future maintenance appointments.

Ramon was very thorough. He explained the issue based on how the system works and his plan to address it. I have not been able to utilize the app for our thermostat and he called customer support and walked me through the steps to download. Very impressed and appreciative of the quality customer service!

I can’t just recognize one technician because many of them came to my house for an issue that was not a cookie cutter issue and an issue they could have just walked away from. But I can say all of them were friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
I will definitely be calling these guys in the future on all my HVAC needs on my rental property.

Mitchell was very polite and did a thorough job of checking my system. Despite trying to keep him out of the heavy snow to look at the air conditioner and to see if there was a covered exterior pipe, he said it was no problem as it was part of his job. He also was thorough in going over all the paperwork and explaining the membership plan to me. I would highly recommend Mitchell for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.
