Mitchell has gone above & beyond to diagnose the issue with my p-teck unit for my sunroom. He is great at communicating what is going on to the customer & isn’t afraid to dig in and figure things out.

We had an emergency heating problem. Mitchell came to the house and diagnosed an unusual problem. With the heavy wet snow, water had worked its way back into the fan housing. The back pressure in the exhaust vent caused the sensor to shut off heat. Great job efficient and friendly!

He was extremely polite, very business like, thoroughly explained all my questions and appeared to be proficient at his job. No complaints from me!

Mitchell our tech was thorough and professional. We unfortunately had a serious problem and he showed and explained the problem as well as all our options. He was informative but never pushing us in any one direction.

As judged from 18 hours post fixing time, Tyler L not only fixed the problem but correct what was repeatedly complained to Ernst for last 3 visits; the fan/blower was working suboptimally. It needed the malfunctioning hardware for year & a half

Andy came and looked at air conditioning and it could used to be replaced that was fine. The problem I had was Kris came to give a quote and straight out lied to us and told us arco is no longer in business since we have mobile home and that is a down right lie because I go there for parts plus called last week and they said they could look at it so I would double check everything they tell you.

Mitchell did a great job very pleasant very knowledgeable answered all the questions and ended the new equipment and did the regular service call

Tyler did a great job. He throughly explained what he was there to do. It didn’t take too long and he went through the results with me at the end. He was very friendly and professional.

+ Andy was very professional in all aspects of his work today. I also appreciated his willingness to explain the meaning of the diagnostic terms on the chart they use with number and conditions.

+ The scheduling was another aspect of their successful business model. Mary was very good at managing the appointment which I was blessed to receive right away.

+ I’m hoping to meet their Service rep for Mitsubishi product for replacement - hopefully very very soon. Thanks!

Highly recommend NOT using this company. They are definitely out to get your money, and won’t actually do the work you ask them. My furnace was working just fine prior to calling them, and then I notice a few weeks later my furnace quit working. I originally called them for a “furnace tune up and youngerizer”. They don’t actually do anything, just “inspect” components and make “recommendations” on things you should buy from them. When I tried calling for an emergency call out after my furnace shut down, nobody answered. A good company would answer and pay for the issues they cause, but I guess they are just after your money. ERNST tried charging me $750 for a blower clean out, when another company did it for FREE. They’ll try to use scare tactics to get you to spend more and more money (carbon monoxide poisoning, holes in heat exchanger, blah blah blah). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Mitchell was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and explained all aspects very throughly. As always great experience with Ernst and their techs!

The technician, Dominik, Did a great job checking our furnace. He was very thorough and very friendly. I always get excellent service from Ernst Heating & Cooling.

Brandon did a wonderful job inspecting and getting our furnace ready for winter. Very professional and any questions I had he answered. Friendly and respectful to your property. This was our first experience with Ernst company. We will see Brandon again in the spring to check out Air conditioning and get it prepared for the summer.

Brandon did an awesome job. We had siding installed and they cut an important wire in the outside air conditioning unit. In addition to doing semi annual maintenance on our furnace he was able to fix the wiring problem. Very professional

The tech was all about sales. He had a slick, rapid rap down & a sheet with various "options" for repair. He tried to charge me almost $200 for a $20 capacitor and almost $1,000 for a part another company installed for $493 (including the part). In fact, the other company threw in the capacitor at no extra charge as part of the service. I don't understand all the 5-star reviews, but if you use this company, hold on to your wallet.

Brandon was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was able to explain everything he was doing and how it should work and what would happen if it didn't. If anyone comes to check my HVAC system, I'm going to request Brandon, and you should too!

Ernst sent out Tyler to fix our furnace when it stopped working on a cold morning. He was able to fix the problem and had baseboard heaters delivered as a backup. He was very friendly and explained the work he completed. Thank You for your quick help!!!

Ernst Heating and Cooling has been maintaining our HVAC for a while now. They come every six months to service the system and give us a report. Today Logan was here to maintain our system. He was extremely thorough cleaning the system and checking for leaks and buildup. When he was finished he gave us a complete description of what he found and his recommendations. He was courteous and knowledgeable and he represents the company well. We are glad to have Ernst coming by to ensure we have an operational system.
