I recently had their dryer vent cleaning service and was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. From booking the appointment to the actual visit, I was impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by the team. The technicians arrived promptly, were friendly and courteous, and took care to document every step of the process through photos. These details made a significant difference in understanding what they were doing.
My only suggestions for improvement would be for them to bring shoe covers when entering homes and to double-check door hardware if it's removed during the cleaning process. Thankfully, my door was left intact, but it could have been easily overlooked. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and will likely return for future needs.

Tim and his partner Anthony are excellent - very considerate, methodical, and tidy. You wouldn't have noticed them if they hadn't revealed everything that was inside your ducts. Since then, I've felt a noticeable improvement in my breathing. They're professional, courteous, and efficient. I'm grateful for the service and would definitely recommend them.
