I hired ProElite after seeing their stellar ratings and getting a lower quote than competitors. Unfortunately, I regret my decision. The cleaning services were supposed to leave my ducts and vents spotless, but now I'm facing a huge mess. Dust and debris are everywhere - covering clothes, furniture, plants, and every flat surface in sight. My home renovations are already causing chaos, and this makes it even worse.
The cost was significantly lower than others, which is why I took a chance on ProElite. However, the cleanup effort has been disastrous. The vendor's response has improved my rating to 3 stars, but I won't be using them again. I can no longer recommend them due to the extent of the mess they left behind.
