This company is completely unacceptable. In January, I received an invoice that wouldn't open and a payment link showing $0.00 owed - obviously an error. They completely ignored me from Jan-April, only reaching out now to threaten a lien on my rental property. The irony is that I paid the invoice within minutes of contacting them, rendering their threats unnecessary. Their own accounting issues are no excuse for bad customer service.
