Fake adress, no company is located there, they tell you somebody will come to your home soon, waited 4 hours, finally some body called after 8 pm, they over priced because was night, they send you a contractor, who knows if they had permite and insurance

The app is easy to use and very convenient to track your requested service. They have a really good team of technicians. They come loaded with their supplies and do a great job. Most importantly, their techs show up at the scheduled time slot without any fuss. I would highly recommend PHS!

This app is really useful. Your home appliances can be repaired very easily within very less time. They provided a very reasonable estimate for an emergency, Sunday afternoon repair, and immediately went to fixing the issue. 30 min or less later, the issue was fixed, we had water and all for a reasonable price. After requesting a technician help me at my home, and having the technician miss the appointment, I had to call and follow up twice over a 2 hr window to be informed the technician had left work early.

I still was charged the $99 assessment fee though. After I noticed it on my balance, I called to follow up and was told it would be reimbursed. I repeated this over a 5 weeks timeline, each time with the receptionist telling me I would get an email or call to follow up. I didn’t ever, and they never remembered me when I called back.

I have still not received my money.

Update: 2 hrs after posting this, and after calling 25 times in 2 hours, they finally refunded it right away, but not after having a technician call me to ask when I wanted them to stop by (a service I haven’t needed since 5 weeks ago). Amazing

Both sides of my bungalow were clogged, but the two guys arrived quickly, got on the roof, and completed the task in 15 minutes. The issue was the downspouts - after a large storm just a few days later, the problem was resolved and no more water overflowed.

The work was completed, but the gutters were clogged soon after, and it took just under a week for them to happen. When I tried to negotiate a price adjustment, they refused, citing a spring visit before tree helicopters started falling branches - despite never mentioning this as a risk beforehand. They then sent the bill to a collection agency with an unauthorized interest charge. This lack of customer service is appalling and I would advise others to steer clear.
