I was a bit disappointed after reading all the wonderful reviews. Our carpet is not yet 2 years old and I had hoped it would look clean like new. I did some touch up with a damp micro cloth to better clean some foot traffic areas. With the help of my extra rub, carpets are satisfactory.

I was also disappointed that the carpet was so damp not to mention shoe prints on the bathroom floor (makes me wonder what the shoe may have left imprinted on the clean carpet. We don’t wear shoes in the house so it wasn’t imprints from us.) I would have thought they would use shoe covers. Overall the end result is okay but I believe I will try someone else next time.

Both of the guys who serviced our carpets were very nice.

I thought it was a bit overpriced considering they just did traffic areas in the 2 bedrooms and didn’t move furniture.

100% positive experience. Carpet looks GREAT and I felt the service they provided far exceeded its cost. Got 4 rooms, a dual staircase and an upstairs foyer done...carpet looks brand new (despite being 7 years old).

Josh was able to remove this paint spill. On very short notice. I couldn't even tell where the spill was after he finished!

I love going with family owned companies…..they take their time and give personalized care. Josh was fantastic……very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again.

My elderly cat peed on my large, L-shaped Flexsteel sofa. I didn’t find it right away, so the mess had fully soaked in. I paid extra due to the size of my couch ( makes sense) and I elected to go with a specific process to remove the urine and odor, and a protection process.
Chandler was prompt, efficient, professional and so very kind. He was careful to put down floor protection. It took longer than I expected because he was so thorough. I had no idea how much work would be involved!
The sofa looks new and smells wonderful!

Finding a quality company to clean our carpets was as important to us as finding a great plumber or hvac company. Our carpets haven’t been cleaned since it was installed a few years back, like 10 years ago. I couldn’t believe how good the rooms looked when they were done!! The Exquisite Carpet Cleaning Company notified us when they were coming, arrived on time, were very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. I wouldn’t want any other company cleaning my carpets and would highly recommend them to family and friends. If you are looking for a carpet cleaning company I wouldn’t waste my time trying to find one. Exquisite is the way to go..

The gentlemen who arrived to clean the carpets were well mannered. They were honest about their inability to most likely remove the medicine dye stains from the previous owners. They vacuumed, pretreated and then steam cleaned the carpets. The carpets looked very good for their age after the cleaning. They communicated that drying time would be approximately 6 hours and that using the air conditioner during the drying time was ideal to prevent a musty smell. I was very pleased with their work. Unfortunately I was not able to hire them for grout cleaning due to the pricing, but I am confident that they would have done a good job if I had hired them for the grout cleaning project.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Exquisite Carpet Cleaning, owned by Paul Brown, for a much-needed carpet cleaning in our living room and master bedroom. His sons, Josh and Chandler Brown, came to our home and worked absolute miracles! We were convinced both rooms needed full carpet replacements, but they brought our carpets back to life in a way we never thought possible. The transformation is truly stunning, and my family is beyond amazed at the results.

Josh and Chandler were professional, efficient, and completed the job in an impressively short time. Their outstanding work reflects not only their skill but also the values instilled in them—clearly, they were raised right! On top of that, the service was provided at a fantastic price. Josh and Mike did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. It smell so nice and clean and looks like new. These two young men are wonderful to work with, very polite, careful and respectful. We always call Exquisite for our carpet cleaning.

We hired High End Office Cleaning & Maintenance to clean our offices and had a very poor experience. We were quoted and charged for 8 hours of cleaning, however the person was never here more than 3.5 hours. The cleaning was very unsatisfactory, after 6 weeks we discovered she had not been dusting and did not have dusting supplies as part of her cleaning supplies. The cleaning person was very unprofessional and complained to our employees. When we notified the owner that after the required 30 day notice we would discontinuing with the services he became hostile and very unprofessional. The one positive thing I can say is that the crew High End contracted with to wax and strip our floors did a great job.

We have used P&D Services a few times now for window and gutter cleaning and I would highly recommend them. Friendly, professional services at reasonable pricing and excellent customer service!

We were so impressed with this company! They cleaned 28 of our windows, no small task since our windows are older and the screens are difficult to move up and down. They were extremely thorough, and the results were AMAZING! Our windows look fantastic! They cleaned the inside, outside, and even the screens. The price was very reasonable as well. We highly recommend David at P&D Cleaning Services and will definitely be using them again!
