Called twice and never got a response back in time. Guess who's not earning my business. Clearly their calling records are incorrect too. By the time they called me back I had already chosen one of the businesses that responded in a timely manner.

We just had our first cleaning by our Minute Maids Cleaning Team and we are soooo DELIGHTED! We've been looking for a new service ever since our longtime cleaning lady/service passed away during COVID. We tried a chain of different cleaning services or two and they all couldn't deliver, to the point that we were getting frustrated from the lack of a detailed cleaning. The Minute Maids came into my home and whipped my house back into tip-top shape! The job the ladies did on my teenaged daughter's room was worth the price! JUST AN AMAZING JOB ALL AROUND!

I had asked a for a refund of my money I then received the refund but but took it back as I have proof from my bank. Be careful they will scam you for your money as nice as they were to help give me my refund any company will do what they can to get their money. Would recommend if they didn't take my money I had asked for a refund for. But one rating is what it is for them. Sorry not sorry. If you want their service be aware of the refund hassle you have to go through. Period..

I was more than pleased. The two ladies that did the cleaning were very professional and thorough. They cleaned as if it was their own home. the cost is reasonable i was very pleased and am having them come back bi weekly.
