8 pm and they are cutting grass in our subdivision. It is almost dark out! How can you see anything???? All they did was cut the grass - no weed whipping. Can’t wait until the morning so I can see how it really looks.

Nellis Landscaping was amazing. We had a very difficult year with some septic issues where our lawn had to be torn up twice. Nellis came out, leveled our dirt, added a nice top layer and added sod. Nellis Landscaping crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was great and I will be using them again.

Nellis Landscaping does a careful and quality job, with the snowplowing and with their landscaping work. Would recommend them 100%.

With all of the snow we’ve gotten in the past weeks I feel this company has done a decent job clearing the snow in our subdivision. They work through the night to clear our walks and driveway.

These guys are currently cutting our dead grass that hasn't grown because we haven't had rain. They miss areas when weed whacking, mutilate bushes when trimming, and leave messes behind. When you tell the owner that you are unhappy, he gets defensive and rude instead of trying to fix mistakes. Not a good service at all!

Ben Nellis and his company have been very responsive and have done a very good job clearing snow this winter. They are clearing snow when it is needed, even in the middle of the night to accommodate our townhome community. Thanks Ben!

Nellis Landscaping brought my mother’s overgrown yard back in order. They worked tirelessly in the August heat and didn’t cut any corners. Their prices are competitive and we are very happy with the results.

Thank you for the effort your workers have put into snow removal in our complex. We have heard your snowplows out at every hour of the day and night in order to keep up with the persistent snow—not an easy task this year.

Despite all the snow we had this year, their responsiveness and quality of snow removal is awefull! I have had to shovel my own walkway for a delivery as well as my driveway to get my car out before they decided to show up on the weekend! When they do show up, I had to shovel by my front door and remove the 1/2” of snow left on my driveway from the snowblower.

Extremely unprofessional. The “crew” who covers our subdivision in Plainfield, IL regularly announces their arrival (around 7-7:30am), by shouting, laughing, screaming, etc for the entirety of the neighborhood to hear. They must believe nobody else can understand their conversations in Spanish, which are occasionally quite vulgar. I am sure these workers would not appreciate someone showing up outside of their homes early in the morning shouting and acting like it’s a party (as well as leaving trash such as wrappers and water bottles in the street). Additionally, they mow clearly dead grass and blow debris from other houses into our yard (our lawn is now infested with weeds as a result of their poor lawn husbandry techniques). I would give zero stars if I could.

Ben and his team are hands down the best when it comes to increasing curb appeal. They transformed our front and back yard to be everything we had hoped for when someone pulls up to our home. Ben helped me choose the landscaping for our walkway and designed where all of the plants and trees should go. He also educated me on how to properly take care of what he planted. They put down sod in our front and seeded our back yard. Our back yard grass was already growing by the end of summer. I can’t recommend Nellis landscaping enough!

December 2022 snow removal
Who comes and puts down salt and not remove pile of snow in front of garages and in the dumpster corrals. I would not recommend them to satan‼‼‼

2021 Landscaping
I would highly suggest think twice before hiring this company. You pay them for trimming bushes, treatment and removal of weeds trimming off bushes. You’ll get just the opposite. These images does not include all the weeds in the walkway and etc. Now the season has come to and end. They did a horrible job trimming bushes this week and did not remove all the weeds. So far, have yet to receive a call back to resolve this matter. Hire at your own risk.

Definitely recommend because I’ve had clients fully awed about their walk ways due to this professional business helping us. People can’t stop talking about what a difference in our properties. 10/10 recommend

Although I was disappointed to learn that the Tinley Park location, which was literally 5 minutes away, has merged with the Joliet Branch ,I am elated with the excellent Customer Service ( Kelly) and Lawn Care Service that Naturescape provides.

ZERO stars. The girl on the phone lied about the rates. Received a bill for double what I was quoted over the phone. And they did a LOUSY job. Long strips of grass that were missed. The setting for the mower was very high, it looked like the grass wasn't even mowed. I suspect they were trying to coerce me into signing up for weekly mowing. Found a MUCH BETTER landscaper in Bronco's Landscaping. Guillermo charges almost half of what Naturescape charges and he does a great job.

The guys who complete my lawn services do great work. I hardly ever have any fertilizer pellets left behind on the walkways. Also the tech Bill does an immaculate job with the new mosquito program. He uses extra care when spraying around my koi pond

David is the representative that applied the treatment to my lawn. Super friendly, very polite. provided great customer service.
