I had been using naturescape for over 13 years. After the tree/shrub application on 6/16/25, where all property hydrangeas, tall grasses, lilac bushes and willow trees were damaged, company failed to come and inspect the property and provide the solution. Today marks 2 month and 4 days that I am waiting for their promised insurance contact. They would answer your phone politely, but nothing beyond this point, except empty promises to solve the issue. This a second major damage to my property. Unless you want your plants severely damaged, do not trust naturescape.

We have been using Naturescape for many years and are extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism on the phone and when one of the technicians comes to spread the fertilizer or whatever on the lawn. The cost of their service is reasonable and one we feel we can handle as a retired couple. If you haven't tried them. give them a call!! You won't be sorry!!

I saw Naturescape applying a lawn treatment to my neighbors home and asked the technician if he could give me a quote. He finished his application then immediately came over and give me a quote. It was very reasonable. He then asked if I wanted him to do the first application. He did and within a few days I saw a remarkable difference. The customer service is very professional as well.
The service offers multiple options on treatments without penalty or extra cost.

I have been a Naturescape customer for about 17 years or more. What services I have received has been wonderful. Recently we did have a problem in getting one service completed but with the staff and field workers the job was completed successfully. I thank all employees of Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care for the care that they provide for their customers.

Naturescape does a great job with fertilization and weed control for the properties I manage through Townline Real Estate Advisors. I would highly recommend that you contract with them for all you lawn care needs.

DO NOT USE! I have had Naturescape do my lawn program for the last 2 years. Last summer I noticed an abnormal amount of weeds and dead grass around August. I figured it was because of the drought. I decided to have another lawn company come look at my lawn and to my amazement they told me I had fungus. They started lifting the grass up as if it was carpet (see my picture) He asked what company I used and told me I should have been told about this issue because it was easy to spot. He said Naturescape is famous for overworking their techs and they rush through their lawn programs. I looked back at all my receipts from Naturescape and not once did they notate any issues with my grass. I have fungus all over my yard and thankfully I have someone now who actually cares and will help me with this issue. But please Naturescape keep calling me 5-7 times a month to renew my services. You national brands the worst.

I have been using Naturescape for at least 6 years. I am very happy with their service. If I have any issue (which I have only had 1 or 2 times), they address it immediately and correct it. The majority of the technicians who come are extremely cordial and if I have any problem areas in the yard, they concentrate on those areas and work hard to eliminate the problem. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a landscaping service to use them. The office staff is also great.

Good company. They stand behind their product. I spoke with Kelly. She made the renewal process easy. She was very friendly and when answering questions made me feel at ease. No pressure. Happy customer here.

We've used Naturescape for more than 5 years. They do a great job with their 5X a year lawn program that's very reasonably priced. The customer service is outstanding, and they take care of everything very well.

This place is ok, they do what they suppose to do spray your grass. They sometimes forgot to spray behind my fence. When I call them they John on the spot to take care of it. They also over spay leaving the grass a brownish burned color. The price is a little high, but I use them because I’m to lazy to to it myself. I would prefer a company who don't use chemicals. I hate walking in the grass and I got brown stuff all over my shoes after they treat the grass. I no I could save a lot of money if I do it my self. I just don't have the time.

We have loads of crabgrass and weeds. They say they will come out and send a “specialist” out within 72 hours. I am on 5+ weeks of me constantly calling and talking to upper management and still have had no rectification. We spend a small fortune on watering with system and a lawn service on top of having it professionally landscaped. You would never know it with all the weeds in our yard. Still waiting for them to fix it almost mid August. We have had weeds all summer and paid a good amount for Naturescape services.

I moved homes in 2017 and transferred service to my new house. By 2020, all four trees in the front yard of the old home had to be cut down because they died after service stopped.

To me, the proof is not just in seeing my trees thriving, but also seeing what happens to beautiful, mature maples (2), pear (1), and Crabtree (1) once the service stops.

I’ll continue with this service forever because it’s easy, affordable, and works.
