Silvestre came out the same day for a quote, provided a written quote and was able to get started the very next day. His team worked quickly and efficiently and were respectful of my home. He arrived on time and finished a 2 day job in 1 day. He made my front yard beautiful and I will be utilizing his services again in the near future! Thanks Silvestre.

Contacted Sylvester’s hard scaping for a driveway tear out and rock lay. This timely service was completed in one day and the crew did a phenomenal job. They extended my driveway so now it’s 3 feet wide that it was before. Solid work

This company has put holes in my siding from weed whacking. I have reached out to my HOA and they have told me that the company hasn’t reached back out. I called 3 times just today and not a single call back. I do not recommend.

Note: My review is based on customer service, not their work. .. That being said, I contacted Duke's for a quote for fall cleanup service. Jim was out the next day and admittedly said it was a large job (typically large job means decent money for the company). Jim was a super nice guy and told me he would have a quote to me within two days. A week went by with no response, so I called. Jim apologized and told me I would get a quote by the end of the week. The end of the week came and nothing.. I called and Jim again apologized. He said I would have my quote by the end of the weekend. It is 9:00 pm on Sunday night, nearly two weeks since Jim first came out, and no quote. My time has been wasted. I could have had the work done by now and will move on to another company. I appreciate that Jim was polite and all my calls were answered, but don't tell potential customers three times over two weeks that you'll have a quote for them and then don't come through. Again, I have no idea how well this company does their work, but their customer service needs serious help.

If I could give 0 reviews I would however Jim was very unprofessional had no idea which custom he was talking with. Said he doesn't wanna do business with me. Would not recommend for future reference.

Had Dukes come do a early clean up on my business that my previous landscape company couldn't get done before winter. I called Dukes and Jim came out with his crew and exceeded my expectations with the attention to detail that was given. The final cost of completed work didn't come with a overpriced bill. Jim the new owner of Duke's is definitely worth making a call to for what ever property management task you may need completed. Thanks Duke's.

Go with someone else, this guy will ghost you once they finish the job and will not come back to fix anything. They said they would come back and replant the grass seed that failed but never did. Also they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to drainage. They built our retaining wall and planted everything back in May 2025. I’m posting this review in September 2025 after giving them ample time and all of the opportunities to do the right thing.

Look elsewhere for your landscaping needs. These guys laid a seed blanket on my lawn and ruined it. The entire area where the seed blanket was turned to weeds. They originally were very customer friendly and alleged to stand by the quality of their work. Then they stopped responding to my texts or calls. Reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. I had to hire another company to hopefully fix their mess.

I called to get an estimate and they gave me an estimate over the phone. Really! Without even seeing my lawn. He said that is the charge for Shorewood! Well, I live in a duplex not a house so don't you think you should come over and see what I am looking for? I guess they don't need the business. Thanks Latinos Landscaping!

Called to get free estimate. The guy that answered said he would stop by either Wednesday or Thursday around 6 after he got off work. No call no show both days. My time is just as important as his...if he couldn't be courteous to call or text, then I will take my business to someone more professional.
