Emmanuel was amazing. Second time he came out to my house and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

Luke and Jim came out first thing this morning to replace my AC unit after it went out during this heat wave. They were both amazing and got the work done quickly and explained everything in detail. Luke even took the time to help me troubleshoot how to try and cool off the second floor in an old house that doesn't have an upstairs air return.

I'm incredibly thankful for the fast service and excellent work they did. 100% recommend ComfortMax and will be a loyal customer here on out.

I got a great price, and they sold me a furnace that was smaller than what other dealers wanted me to buy, and gauged it to the size of the house. The installers came on time, and were very polite. Got the new furnace in before noon. They even kept the price to a quote from the spring, before tariffs, even though I had to wait until September to make the purchase. It's an Amana.

Our water heater went out overnight. I called ComfortMax in the morning and we had a specialist come out shortly after. Emmanuel was great explaining the issue to us and provided great tips and pieces of knowledge to remember! We ultimately had to replace the heater and were very glad we went with ComfortMax. If you have any HVAC issues, give them a call!

You tech was very thorough and very nice. Definitely all about the detail. You attention to my request was also very thorough. But, I have done research on the cost and installation of these 2 parts installed and feel I was overcharged by about $100 to $200. For this reason, not sure if would use these guys going forward.

I’ve been using ComfortMax for years now and they’ve helped me keep my old furnace going as I saved money for a new one. They brought me to my furnace last year and showed me a large crack on the heat exchanger with their camera. Which posed a carbon monoxide risk. They also told me my ducts were too small and the furnace was too big which explained the crack and poor airflow on the 2nd floor of my home. This year, they replaced the furnace with a variable speed furnace and made my air duct larger for more airflow. I finally get air blowing strong to my master bedroom! Amazing and knowledgeable company that worked to fit in my budget. Thank you 🙏🏽

We won't use anyone but mark !! 100 percent honest!! Fixs our issues air conditioner water heater and furnace and never sells is extras !!called in morning and here same day this time only cost 80$ to fix we have used other heating companies and always a big bill !! 4 times they have been here for diffrent problems and never once have we been ripped off !! Very honest people !!

They replaced our furnace a couple months ago. When the weather turned really cold, we realized the furnace wasn’t heating correctly. They came out and addressed the issue at no charge. They have replaced both our furnaces in the last two years and have done such an amazing job!

My furnace started acting up last night and I called this morning and Emmanuel was able to come out right away! So nice and helpful and was able to show me exactly what was going on. Turned out I needed a new furnace and it was installed the same day!! So happy and grateful for their help and expertise!! Highly recommend!!

Comfortmax Heating and Cooling was incredibly responsive when I contacted them during the coldest weekend of the year after my furnace stopped working. Emmanuel arrived at my home within an hour on a Sunday morning. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and my options for replacing my furnace, which was very old. His team came out the very next morning and replaced it. Amazing service!

This is My only Heating and Air Conditioning company I’ll recommend. This is why 1 Emanuel, completely honest and caring. 2 my Heat went out , I called within 4 hours Emanuel was there addressing the problem and got my Heat back on . Integrity is why I only use Comfortmax

Bought a new system from them when my old one was on its last legs (like 10 years past when we should have already replaced it 😂). They were super respectful about letting me choose to keep maintaining the old one but also honest about the fact that it might give up at the wrong time. Got a second and third opinion from another company and a buddy who works on commercial systems that agreed. ComfortMax had the best quote of like 6 separate companies. They have a wonderful mix of old-school (reminder calls from really polite representatives) and technology-forward that I appreciate (I.e., text reminders with the pics of the techs who will come out). We’ve happily worked with a couple of different techs for our twice annual maintenance checks since we purchased our system but the most recent was Emmanuel. Honestly, they’re all great.

Comfortmax never disappoints! They arrive on time, always have the tools needed and are professional down to wearing "booties" to not dirty the floor. Smartest thing we ever did was buy their preventative maintenance program. We are lifers with these guys!

Had a great experience with Comfortmax cleaning and fixing our torn dryer duct. Ron came out next day, was super efficient and honest and the work was affordable. Will definitely use them in the future for other services as well!
