I could not have had a better experience with ComfortMax & the technician Emmanuel! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything even though this particular unit is “hydro heat” and also obsolete these days. Would highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. Availability of appointments, really communicative, and follow up. Great job!

I highly recommend Comfortmax!! ! I called this morning because my furnace wasn't working and it was 60 degrees in my house. Emmanuel came out within hours and thoroughly explained what was wrong. He made sure I understood everything and showed me the camera view of my cracked heat exchange. He gave me a few options for a replacement and offered me several discounts. No pressure. No pushy sales tactics. I could tell that he wasn't just trying to make a sale and actually cared and took tremendous pride in his company and what they stand for. I now have an efficient furnace for a fraction of the cost that a local company was trying to charge. Thank you COMFORTMAX!!

ComfortMax installed my HVAC system a couple years ago and I was very happy with the installation and recommended equipment. Since then they have provided excellent follow-up service. The service plan is thorough and is reasonably priced.

My furnace broke down this past week, I called them first because they replaced my parents furnace last year and they are also happy customers. I am very happy how they were very patient answering my questions that I had, the crew that installed the new furnace were respectful and cleaned up before they left. Also in my opinion have reasonable rates!

Very happy with furnace and central air installed 2-24. Staff was all great especially Emmanuel. he took the time to answer and explain all our questions and concerns. The force of the air/heat is great. as in their name comfort is their goal and that exactly what they did for us never was our house so comfortable!

We replaced our furnace, AC and hot water heater. Comfortmax was great to work with from estimate to install. Amazing communication and Emmanuel really took the time to explain all the options. Installers did a great job with removal of old equipment and installation of new. They were very courteous and very neat. Great, honest company to work with!

Comfort max heating and cooling provided excellent customer service and transparency when it came to my new hvac system for my new home! I was first quoted by TR Miller an insane price for $14,000 for an HVAC system and other unnecessary accessories. I then met with Emanuel and his team and was consulted by them with what my home needs and was quoted at half the price I was offered by TR Miller. The job itself was done in 5 hrs and the entire time they were working hard to make sure my system was properly installed and even gave me a run down on my system once it was installed. These guys are amazing and if you want great customer along with great products these guys are your best bet! Thanks again!

Professional from start to finish! ComfortMax answered my initial call and said they’d have someone out within 30 minutes. Emmanuel was beyond courteous, gave a thorough inspectional, and explained everything in understandable lingo. Im a good judge of character, and I knew off the bat he was not a “salesman”, he genuinely cared.
Upon installation of my new unit, techs came out when they said and wasted no time. Mind you, it was -5 and I bet they were quite busy that day. My old unit was in a tight space and they were careful about not damaging anything which I appreciated. Everyone was so personable. They didn’t miss a beat with explaining everything & anything, and answered every question I had as they installed. These guys know what they’re doing! As a business owner myself, I strive to offer my clients a streamlined process and outstanding customer service on every front…so to receive that same care certainly does not go without recognition in my eyes. I used Comfort Max for the first time today to have my furnace checked before winter. Emmanuel was the technician who came out and he was amazing! He checked everything, explained what he found, we talked about solutions and he honestly gave very good common sense advice. The price was fantastic and he took his time so I did not feel like he was rushing through the job. I will definitely be calling Comfort Max back in the spring to check out the air conditioner as well.

My furnace went out on a Friday and ComfortMax of Joliet came out Saturday morning to put a new unit
in. Fast and reliable service.

From the first call I was impressed they sent someone out right away on a Saturday night excellent service and very reasonable price so I was impressed so I did new furnace and humidifier duct cleaning and thermostat great price

I had the pleasure of meeting Emmanuel who responded very quick to my inquiry. It was one of the hottest days of the year and my unit was not cooling my home. I contacted comfort Max and prompt response he came out next morning. He got right to work checking my unit. He checked unit on inside and outside and even checked my furnace in the process. He is very through and checked all connections. He made sure all parts were in working condition. Discovered i needed to have coolant refill. He got right to work and washed outside unit down. Great service from a very knowledgeable person.

Initially, the owner Mark came out to provide a bid. He was prompt on the arrival time and was very friendly, informative and beat all other bids that we had gotten from other companies. The air conditioner installers also arrived promptly on installation day. They too were very friendly and answered all questions. Upon completion, the air conditioner worked great; however, we were not satisfied with the placement of the unit as it was too close to a window. We called Mark that night and he personally came back to our house first thing the next morning. He was very concerned about our satisfaction and rescheduled a date to move the unit for a nominal fee. We are very satisfied with Comfortmax and highly recommend them for any air conditioner or furnace needs.

We had a furnace and air conditioner installed in 04/23. The workmanship was outstanding and the guys cleaned up all the mess. Mark and Emanuel are great guys and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right.
