Bubbles was prompt in returning my call and prompt in scheduling service for my gutter cleaning the following day. Marco did a great job and also pointed out some gutter segments that needed reattachment. That service and cost was explained to me before it was attempted or charged. This was a great experience in a marketplace that, in my experience, is not so reliable.

I was very pleased with the job that Fernando did on washing my windows and screens. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, and my windows looked wonderful when he was finished. I would highly recommend Bubbles.

Bubbles did such a great job on our gutter cleaning. They were very efficient, friendly and flexible with schedule. Communication from the office were also great and timely. We will be using them again for services in the future!!

We found Bubbles via recommendations from local families, and I was not expecting how fast and well they arrived and took care of our gutters. Making the appointment was super easy, the team came the same day, we barely knew they were there and gone having done a gutter cleaning on our house and garage. Will use them again.

They were not just on time for the scheduled appointment, but they were early. They did a great job cleaning both the insides and outsides of my windows. They even came back inside when they realized that there were still streaks on the inside of the windows. They were quick, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Very bad customer service. I hired them on 10/2023 for window cleaning and it was my first time. They sent a team of 5 and I liked the job. They called me on March 2024 offering a discount for spring window cleaning. I hired them again for power washing and window cleaning and I requested to send two teams, they charged me $ 1300 plus. They ended up calling a day before saying that the window team is not available but they will send a team that does both jobs. They sent 3 guys to do both jobs (I have a big driveway AND 75+ windows) ! I called the dispatcher and she was so rude and I sent an email to their customer service. By the time the guys were done with the power wash they were so exhausted and they rushed through the window cleaning and did not do a through job.
Their customer service got back to me and apologized and they said that this will be avoided next time. They contacted me again on 7/2024 for fall window cleaning. I did not want to use them but I did that I might give a third chance. I requested the team that did my windows on fall 2023. They confirmed the team and the time and sent me an email on 10/20. The team was supposed to come on 10/21. They came and parked on the driveway, a guy walked around in front of the house, called over the phone and then left. I have a camera. So, I called and I wondered why the team left. The dispatcher lied and told me it was not their team! And I indicated that it was their team and I have a camera. So, she kept denying and said she will text me within the scheduled window!
Then they call within 30 min from the main office this time to say that the team cannot do the job because the guy called in sick and they want to reschedule! When I confronted her that the team was in the driveway and left after 2 min, she pretended that she did not know! She claimed that she did not know the dispatcher who denied that the team was in the driveway!
They play games and train their agents to lie! They do well on the first job to make you use their services again. Then, they change the teams and pull them to cover as many orders as they can and they see how desperate the customer is!
They have subcontractors and it seems that overbook them and then the customer has to deal with the consequences!
I took a day off to be able to get the team I requested.
A very bad management!
No respect, not reliable, they lie with a straight face.

We have had the same technician clean our gutters and wash the outside of our windows many times. The service is prompt, professional, and thorough. There is always follow-up to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. Good work at a fair price, which is much appreciated these days. Thank you.

I have been using Bubbles twice a year for many years and this spring, Jose and his partner, were the best crew Bubbles has ever sent to my home. They did an amazing job. They hand washed and squeegeed every window, as I requested, were on time, polite and very careful not to cause any harm to our landscaping.
I will continue to use Bubbles and will be asking for Jose from now on

Amazing company!

We had another company out in the morning and they washed two windows and said something was wrong with our windows ... they claim they would not stop streaking. Without warning they packed up and left without a word to us.

My husband called Bubbles Windows and they were out that very afternoon and cleaned the windows spotlessly! They had no problem. They were professional and our windows sparkled!

Artemio the technician was efficient, thorough, and cordial, and left the windows sparking and the tracts very clean. He took advantage of folding open the windows from the inside to clean the exterior of the windows, rather set up a ladder outside. I will request him the next time I need the windows washed.

Flexible scheduling, accurate quote, and immaculately clean windows. Not sure how they get them so clean but it was worth the price. About $10 a window. Picture is our backyard looking out a very clean window.

This is the second time we have used Bubbles to clean our windows. They cleaned our windows of a two story home inside and out including screens and storm windows. Our experience with Bubbles from office contact to technicians has always been professional. They offer an excellent service and at a fair price. Highly recommend

Update: We have now been using Bubbles for 6 years! I don’t go anywhere else for gutter cleaning & window washing. Their service is fantastic!
Original review: This was our second year using Bubbles and they always do a great job! Their staff is friendly and flexible. Our Tech this year did such a great job that my mom actually randomly noticed during a visit and remarked how “sparkling clean” our windows were. Definitely recommend Bubbles for a great job at a reasonable price!
