Reviews of local pros in Lisle, Illinois

Scheduled duct cleaning. Tech claimed something in our basement was likely asbestos; and we had to get it tested and after testing they would come back if it was negative. Did all of that, test came back negative. Now the company is saying they won’t come back because the tech documented as “possible asbestos”. Ridiculous.

Hired them for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning & ac maintenance. Workers were professional, timely & showed me before and after photos to ensure I was happy with the service. Will hire again when needed and they did everything for a great price.

I moved into my home a little over a year ago. It is over 25 years old. I scheduled a duct and vent cleaning. Kobe and Angelo came in to do the cleaning. They came at exactly the appointed time. Kobe explained thoroughly all that was to be done. Between the two of them they made sure that all areas that needed to be accessed were protected. They were both very polite and professional. I was very anxious about what was happening because I found out that there had never been a cleaning, so every step of the way they explained what was going on. I truly appreciate how all was handled. Thanks guys.

Absolutely amazing! Had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. I emailed to request a quote and had a response within minutes both via email and phone. The guy that came to our house was sweet, respectful, kind and did a very thorough job. The vents were HORRIBLE but he did his job!

Our two technicians did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently. From scheduling to job completion everything went well. I would certainly call Mr. Duct again.

I wanted to say that Pedro was very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s a hard worker and did a very good job cleaning and explaining the job to me. He was very focused and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you very much for your services we noticed a difference in the air quality in our home. We will be using and recommending your services in the future. Thank you. 😊

Absolutely amazing. Manuel, the tech, was very efficient, kind, and extremely professional. If you're looking to have your dryer vent or furnace vents cleaned, I would only use Mr. Duct. The internal office is as efficient as they come....Tom McCarthy, Lisle, IL

We had Mr Duct at our home yesterday and the service was amazing. The techs Alvaro and Tyler were kind, professional and extremely thorough. We live in a new construction so there was a lot in our vents. They took the time to make sure they were spotless!
My husband called yesterday morning for a quote and they were able to come to our home the same day! Highly recommend!

Our technician was Ben and he did a wonderful job explaining the process and expectations. He was supremely helpful and we'd use them again no doubt.

Easy to schedule, great communication, the technician Pedro did a great job and was clearly very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend their services.

Excellent service. The Team that did the work were very friendly, supportive and explained everything they were doing. They also showed some great before and after pics. Awesome Value overall.

The 2 techs were very professional and friendly. They were very thorough and explained the process and showed me pictures before and after cleaning my air vents and ducts. I highly recommend your company!

Mike and Najee were amazing and so polite. They got right to work and were done as predicted in 2 hours with my smaller home. They walked me through the dustiest areas and what they had to do to get the right dust flow into their machines. They did my dryer vent which I didn't know they do - and the price was fair and comparable to others. GREAT SERVICE!

We had our dryer vent cleaned and assessed by them mid-January. Today I discovered that when they took my ducting off for the inspection, they took one of the band clamps and used aluminum foil tape in its place. Not pleased to say the least. I am a bit befuddled as to why they would take one of my clamps and replace it with tape.

I would like to say how happy I am with the service I received from Mr Duct. I had my vents, dryer and furnace cleaned. He explained everything to me and took a lot of before and after pictures. He was kind, courteous and professional. I would recommend MR Duct to anyone needing your services

Had a wonderful experience today with Mr Duct. Diego showed up between the time window provided, was pleasant to work with and was diligent about the service he provided. Educated me on the process and kept the areas of work clean. Would use and recommend them again!

Alvaro was very nice and professional. They came out same day to fix the issue and everything was very efficient from scheduling to getting the job done. Thanks Mr Duct!

Kirkland went above and beyond cleaning my dryer vent removing an old bird’s nest and debris! Also, I was very impressed with responsiveness and quick scheduling! Will definitely use again - highly recommend.

Alvaro was friendly and professional. He cleaned all our ducts quickly and efficiently. Mr. Duct is a reliable firm with good prices and excellent customer service.

Had Sergio come out to service our home. As a first time homeowner maintenance never crossed my mind until I had to deal with something! Mr. Duct was highly recommended and I couldn't be happier. The house immediately felt lighter and Sergio did not skip a beat or detail. Definitely a repeat customer!

We had our ducts cleaned out last week by Kirkland. The time he took to explain the process and the job he performed was excellent. I will recommend your buisness to all our friends in the future!!
